Amazon sent a box with no "secret code" for using the app, and no qr code to scan. The android app is unuseable for non-enterprise users? Dongle is "not installed" when plugged in because it conflicts with a registered copy of Bluesoleil. I had to uninstall bluetooth to install this. I will find out if it glitches when I reinstall bluetooth later, I suppose.

After a successful install and link to account, upon exit and re-start, the app forgets all setup info, and asks for account re-link. This is no longer possible though, because you are now logged out of the banking platform. You need to fix the bug ASAP as people cannot access their bank accounts.
