Good potential, needs a little work. The biggest disappointment is support. 4 days after email & chat request, no reply. The chat thread is also marked as unseen. My issues - Reporting - Can't seem to get accurate sales read. Despite having different users, the staff name field is blank on every server. Can't cash anyone out. - Printer keeps failing. I have to restart the programme often to get it to work - When I add new staff as WAITER, the kitchen chits wont print for them unless I add MANAGER privileges to their account. This gives all the staff access to the entire system. No good. I'm uninstalling it and looking elsewhere. Good luck.

The latest update is horrible , it completely broke the application on mobiles. Return it to the previous version or provide an option to downgrade cause this is appaling. Did you even test this on androids before releasing it? If you did fire the people who tested it

I bought the small order package $20... right after the app would not allow me to keep track of the items ordered, on week 2 after purchase the app, cancelled all my orders during the middle of the shift, it was a good exercise in mind games trying to remember what my customers had ordered....... Sorry but I will not purchase the package again.. I guess asking for a refund is of NO use....

I don't have a restaurant but I am using it for my small enterprise. . I like the application but it doesn't have a database to save my orders. . It will automatically hide my orders after 24 hrs and that's the most irritating part.. because I need my orders at least for 10-15 days
