Was given a order code advertisment left at my apartment door for new account. Installed, entered code, and error messages. Sorry no discount for you, we just tricked you to install the app. Waste of my time. Update: needed to force close app, reopen and reorder. But the initial experience was poor. Ordered food, now ill wait n see

Driver stopped in one place for 30 minutes. Didn't move an inch. Delivered food without checking to see if the order was all there, looked like he was on drugs, and was extremely rude. Customer service does not exist for this company, there is no number to call, only an email that takes hours if not days to respond. Anytime I've tried to order anything more complex than a plain pizza they've screwed it up and offered nothing more than $5 credit. Most of the time the food I was missing totaled up to more than $5. Save yourself the energy and money and go get the food yourself, or use the restaurant's delivery service. At least then someone can actually be held accountable and fix their mistakes.

This app or their system is horrible. I ordered foods from restaurant through it. When I was tracking delivery, deliver went to other places for an hour and not even went to the restaurant where I request order. I was so annoyed that and emailed to "support" section. Then, I got an answer. -According to our system, the driver on your order is currently completing delivery on a separate order, so he should be moving on to yours once he's finished! - How does it make sense?? How restaurants and customers will feel abiut it what if the food is gone really bad? And you guys know what? It happens many times. Do not use this app ever

Some days I can order off the app, others the app says all the restaurants that use order up are closed, and sometimes it simply wont let me check out after i review my order, or it will say it cant take my payment. It's super inconsistent on when it decides to work but when it does it's awesome.

A few times it's taken 45 minutes to get my food and when I do get it it's not all there. Don't bother emailing the support team they will just tell you they can't help you and give you a phone number to call.

I would like to use this app but it says that delivery is unavailable at every restaurant that's close to me. I live in a college town only a few minutes away from a college campus. Mmmkay

I have great service in Loveland. Most of the time the driver has to wait for the restaurant. Fast and friendly!

Horrible Worthless App. Doesnt sync account up correctly. Wouldn't show and allow me to use my gift certificate/credit. Although nice and polite, worthless and incorrect customer service. How this company stays in business I don't know. They are supposed to be providing a SERVICE but are a disservice. Put me in dire medical condition trying to rely on for meal at workplace to keep blood sugars up. 4 hours hassling with support and still no meal.

The app works fine. Orderup as a company is dysfunctional. They messed up our order, brought it to us late and lukewarm, and everyone blamed everyone else. They told me the best they could do was give me a ten bucks credit for the next time I use the app. That won't be happening!

I love this app! I've never had any issues with the app or company itself! For anyone complaining about food choices or orders being wrong or food arriving cold, it's wrong to blame this company for those types of issues as it's not their fault. That falls on the restaurants. Keep up the great work!!

Ordered 2 times. The first time it took an hour to get my food and it came cold. The second time they didn't make sure my order was correct and delivered my salad with no dressing. Their resolution offered was a $5 credit that expired in 30 days not to go get the dressing which wasn't acceptable because it cost me $20 for a salad I couldn't eat without dressing. Won't use them again. Oh and... No number to call, spent an hour emailing back and forth regarding the problem. Unbelievable.

Evert restaurant we ordered from messed up our order. The food delivery guy is rude. Nobody can get our order right. My food came very cold. Very disgusted with the services through this app.

Everytime finishing an order with all the info correct when trying to place an order both my fiance and my phone app has error and won't let you place an order has done this a while now deleted app and will never use or recommend grub hub works way better with same places to eat. Download grub hub order up is garbage

I like order up, it was a great service while living in the dorms. The drivers were usually nice, but even if they weren't, I'm not paying for friendly delivery drivers. The app is pretty easy to navigate. I've never waited for more than 45 minutes for food and that's almost always the restaurant fault, not Order up. I work in a restaurant that uses orderup and yeah, it's our fault mostly if your foods late. It's still cooking fam. I've placed plenty of orders and only one went wrong. Got the wrong food. After telling customer service they issued me a full refund. So, I like their customer service. Service fee is kinda high but otherwise it's really a good app and service

Just got my first order and it was delivered fast ! Easy pease! Update my 2nd order was missing some food. I emailed and got a $5 credit. Great! I was satisfied. Today I got an email saying my $5 was expiring! What ? This was promotional? Emailed and got no where. Deleting app, closing acct. I'm punished 2x for their mistake. Since when do credit refunds for their mistake, expire ?? BS!

I love the app. But I wish it had more security. I accidently used my son's creditcard information and it went thru and I couldn't get confirmation on which credit card was used. He's not upset but I am. I should have erased it off my account.

Kinda sucks when the service is offered in my city, various restaurants around but yet no results. Tried a different address in another area & still no results. What a waste

Still waiting for order. They "delivery guy" is in another state. And is moving slowly. Don't know why they would use a driver that's across the river for an order to get to me when I'm like 10 minutes from the restaurant I ordered from. If it's cold, I will NEVER use this app again. Actually, I probably won't anyway. I'll go back Uber Eats. A little more expensive but at least delivery is timely and food is hot.

No accountability. You'll have to pick up yourself if they get it wrong. Don't waste your time and money.

Thes restaurants dont care about your food, its always wrong or nasty. No customer service, great idea, but it doesn't work. Literally just got served oysters where the breading was cold and raw, and there's no one to fix it.

I know the owner of the Mexican place I get from often. This poor lady has almost gone crazy swearing she gives me the cheese dip in my order and claims she makes sure the driver leaves with it yet 1/5 time I've actually got it. You got to be a filthy dude to be poking around in and munching on people's orders. Robots soon please.

THIS THING IS TERIBLE! ALL I WANTED WAS MC DONLADS FOR DINNER,AND I DIDNT EVEN EAT LUNCH!! NOW IM NOT GONNA EAT AT ALL,AND JUST STARVE MYSELF,UNTILL I CAN FIND SOME MC DONLADS!!

Kicking myself for falling for the free sandwich from subway advertisement. I ordered 6 sandwiches and one was the free one which was ordered for one of my 5 children. Imagine what I had to deal with when her sandwich was not delivered but the rest of the kids' were. Offering credit for a service I never intend to use again is a sad solution to a problem that would have easily been rectified if they returned with the sandwich (and apples and milk that were missing from the kids meal). Guess orderup enjoys luring you in to spend more and more money because their solution would end up costing me money!

I received terrible service from both the Resturant and Order Up. I placed an order. Roughly 45 minutes later, the resturant called to say they don't deliver to me and they were going to cancel my order. They HAVE delivered to my address multiple times in the past. When I told Order Up, they didn't respond.

Driver never went to pick up the order and there was no way to cancel it or get a refund from the app. Had to go to the restaurant to get the food which was a mess trying to sort out. No accountability for the service. Do no use!

I liked that app until restaurant employees​/owners started giving me problems. In my area (Providence RI) no restaurants deliver to my city (Cranston). I had a $100 gift card from Groupon and noticed there​ was a takeout option so I thought great! Boy was I wrong. Even though these establishments use the service they disrespect you when you order from it. "WHY DID YOU ORDER TAKEOUT!? I'VE NEVER SAW ANYONE ORDER TAKE OUT THROUGH ORDER UP! WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST CALL THE STORE"?!. A restaurant even went as far as to disable their takeout option (Snookers). I don't think this is fair nor should PAYING customers be insulted in such a way. After my gift card is up I'll never use service again

It's about a 50/50 chance your order is going to suck or be wrong. There is no accountability thru order up. Very disappointed restaurants don't care about quality when you order delivery with this app. Update: tried orderup again. Order was wrong. Contacted support via email and no response.

I very rarely get my food delivered hot. Drivers usually take a very long time from getting the food to delivering. No way to contact drivers or cancel orders. Would avoid this service.

I got a orderup card i cant use cause its saying no restaurants around me and everything is around here ....WHY send me the card if i cant use it BYE FELICIA
