Die neue Service App gewährleistet, dass Ihre Techniker vor Ort auf alle notwendigen Information zugreifen und damit ihre Arbeiten speditiver erledigen können. Mit der Einsatzplanung werden die anstehenden Servicearbeiten im BackOffice geplant. Aufgrund der Fehlerangaben des Kunden können bereits allfällige Ersatzteile vorerfasst werden. Auch Checklisten, Gerätedokumentationen oder Fotos können dem entsprechenden Service-Auftrag zugeordnet werden. All diese Informationen werden dann zusammen mit den Einsatzplänen auf das Tablet des Monteurs übermittelt.
Die integrierte Zeit- und Materialerfassung ermöglicht ein höchst effizientes Arbeiten auf den jeweiligen Eingabegeräten. Auch nicht vorgesehene Arbeiten können erfasst und dokumentiert werden, so dass sie bei der späteren Rechnungsstellung nicht mehr vergessen gehen. Am Schluss einer erledigten Servicearbeit steht der Servicerapport, welcher dank der Service App mit wenigen Klicks erstellt und auf dem Tablet zur Unterschrift bereitgestellt wird.
