I find it useless now. As a busy person, we cannot just call someone or go to a certain place to reload. Time for us is of value. The app with the bank transfers makes life fastera and easier. I think traditional way is far more better than this new updated app. Very inconvenient now.

Be honest to us SILVRR tell us the truth that your company is no longer in operation so that those who wants to deposit money in hangseng bank for top up will know that their money will just go to your bank account and they can't retrieve it anymore. Your bank acct is still open to accept deposits but you have no more staff assigned to process any transactions and you should tell us about it.
