Great app, great device. Installed in less than 5 minutes, works like a charm. The bridge has a ridiculously short range, though - took me hours to find the optimal position for it. Now that it works, it connects very quickly. In connection with IFTTT it's truly fantastic. What would be desirable: an Android Wear app and / or one for Samsung Gear watches and integration with Amazon Echo and Google Home.

The setup process was problematic, the lock simply didn't want to connect, tried with multiple phones, after a while testing out the lock and bridge it now seems to work. The Android Wear app does not. Tried with two different watches paired with two different phones, the app on the watch only works when you are in the app on the phone which makes it rather pointless. No login system is a bit of a let down, you have to share access to each new device you add, not very ideal.

Great app and excellent device. Money well spent. For it to work well I would advise to update the smart lock firmware. PLEASE MAKE IT MULTITASKING ON ANDROID MARSHMALLOW AND NOUGAT and I'll rate it 5 stars.

Only there could be a indicator in app that says battery low. Did not use it one month and yet battery empty. Battery should last longer. I used provided 4x duracell. Other thing to add: administrator account login on other phone without losing given key codes and without. And possibility to send administration code to other user. (Invitation option) Needing to calibrate again. FOR THE REST WORKS GREAT

Vor allem in Verbindung mit der Hardware Bridge die scheinbar mal eine Verbindung zum Schloss aufbaut und mal nicht. Dabei antwortet die Bridge auch auf Pings. Deshalb eigentlich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar, zumal die Bridge eine direkte 3m Entfernung zum Schloss hat ....

Works perfectly in combination with this solid app. Please add time based locking. For example every day at 23:00 lock the door.

The reliability of the app and the fob as well needs to be improved. And the application didn't pair with the smart lock at all on android 7 (Naught) using my S7 edge. I use my wife's mobile to configure it!

For the most part works well, design is good, had a few "false negatives" with it telling me the connections didn't work, but then they did... otherwise after initial setup all has been good. When inviting people you only get one chance to share the invite code, I wish this were saved with the user list somehow.

Poorly works with iOs - you have to wait for a minute while lock becomes online.. does not work with P9- lock restarts every time with error "restarting 4, cause=16". no online error descriptions: how can I fix this f.. error16? nuki team, will you fix this?
