its a good application. but, when i try to record screen, face and sound, the application say "camera error occured : camera is use in other app". i've close the other app but that error still there. hope soon can be fix.

hi, i uninstalled lookback but still i'm getting that touch indicator (translucent circle). i'm i still being monitored or something ? please respond ASAP, i even restarted my pone... couldn't resolve

Damaged Android 5.0.1. Press point bubble on screen remains after touching screen for .5 seconds. Uninstalled, press point still there. Avoid Lookback app.

Used to work perfectly before. Now it just locks the phone ! UPDATE : Just wanted to add that the creators of the app had reached me are are actively working to fix the problem. Thanks alot.

OK I tried others and found this to be very useful. Works with out rooting and I like it that I can download videos for later marketing usage. Thanks guys you earned 5 stars

...but then they changed the pricing model. Seems that they've made other changes and now I can't export videos directly from the app to my phone - which means I can't edit the videos directly on my phone now. Great app, but the direction the company is moving to generate user revenue doesn't allow working completely mobile and without the cloud. Will likely delete.

This is a really great application and I really appreciate that the screen recording for the device allows you to see the user's gestures. However I've tested it a few times now and the front facing camera doesn't record properly. When I upload the recording, the screen recording works just fine but the recording for the user's face freezes for the rest of the video. Otherwise, Lookback is a very solid application for user testing and minimizes the need for extra equipment to get the job done.

When I'm using this app on my tablet, I see my face with incorrect orientation. I think it happened because my camera not on the top side of my device... It happened when I try to record screen in not landscape orientation, and I see my face incorrectly. Please, fix this. Great application. +5

Great concept, and a very easy to use interface. However, the app should include a way to manage uploads aside from going to a web link. Also, the app should be updated to the most current support libraries to make it look better. The login/register stuff should greet the user at first launch. Organizations should be selectable since you could have multiple on one account. I couldn't find a way to do this except log out/back in. Other than that, the app is pretty awesome!

It should not ask for account at first. Please provide option to start recording with delay. Option crop video. Option to pause. Option to share video without account.

Updated and now keep getting you need to choose you organisation first. What organisation?!?

I really liked it until sometime it stopped with no reason and I lost all my videos :(

Great tool for mobile usability testing. 2 things I'd like to see in a later release. 1. It's not obvious what gesture someone is making i.e. did they single tap, double-tap, swipe left, right etc. There needs to be clearer highlights of how someone has interacted with the app. 2. Would be good to get more device information somebody submits their video. Screen resolution and device model.

Simple to use. Great for usability testing or bug reporting for UXers, designers, anyone involved in mobile or web development. Web app is good but basic - needs a few more features around structured and moderated usability testing (such as live note taking and screen sharing) and then it will be a very decent middleweight tool.

I Like the app so much but still it needs some enhancements, I couldn't play the video while uploading it for example, also when I closed the app and opened it again the upload started from the begining

The upload is still way too slow. Maybe syncing with something like dropbox could work better if they need to be uploaded online.

The upload speed is definitely a bit slow, but the app itself is fantastic. Big fan!

Uploads are VERY problematic (need perfect wifi reception) and slow - even on a 1 min video. Can't imagine what a 30 min session would look like. Need the ability to record to local storage SO bad. Otherwise, the recording was pretty cool though the user's face recording was pretty distorted for some reason.

4 hours later, my upload is going nowhere. Was at 40%, then 15%, now 7%. On wifi, with full service. What gives?

Makes gathering insightful user videos so much easier.

Uploads to about 60% then restarts from 0 with no explanation.

Wish I could watch videos in the app, not in browser but I'm sure you're already working on that

Hey, with lollipop 5.1 the app is crashing the System UI of android. The app keeps recording i think, pretty weird behaviour. keep it up!

Add more options like setting the recording to be saved locally instead of uploading to your site for access. Enables both privacy and ease of access, etc

Why is that I couldn't play back what I recorded?? And please add more button.
