The sole reason I installed this was for the spare change feature. Then I found out it had been removed. Now it's just as useless as the other apps you immediately uninstall.

In less than 48 hours i have changed my feedback from 1 star to 5 star. I have received one of the best customer service experience. If you have any question just ask! I have been so lucky to have been matched with a very patient and sincere service from someone named Patrick. You need more people like him!

Right off the bat can't get past the 3rd tutorial screen goes to bottom and stays there app looks cool but what the heck it's broken

Can't get past the tour. The Window to move on to next section of tour shows up slightly off the bottom of my screen so I cannot click on next or previous because they aren't showing up.

Looks great, but the portfolio management is really bad. It only supports you adding holdings for coins supported by Coinbase.

It says that I have bitcoins but it won't let me sell. Wtf! And what happened to spare change feature.

Much like everyone else, the old version was better, used it daily. Then not at all. Now trying to sign back in and says to click "forgot password" for the life of me I cannot find it in the app, or on the page. Lodging support ticket.

I've seen this story before. Good at something, but wants more. Abandons what it's good at & does what everyone else is good at. Adds some shiny new features, but either over estimates demand, or under develops said shiny new features. In the end becomes like everyone else with a few shiny features. Keeping the app installed & hoping they don't become a "me too" organization.

Doesn't make purchases, barely updates to current prices, and "something weird happened" on the regular. I don't need a cute error message, I want the app to work how it did when I first downloaded it.

Torn because it's a clean app... But they got rid of spare change! Why... I'd have to imagine they were having issues with it (if not why not just have the OPTION to turn it off)... On top of that coinbase instant buy doesn't work in your app.... bring THESE TWO FEAUTURES!!. I think people might even pay for the ability to save up for bitcoins... Take a clue from Acorn investment and make it your own. Some other company is going to capitalize on your guys idea...... It sucks because the app great.

It's a good app but it's not the app I wanted. It's not the app it was before. Please bring back the old it it was the very reason why everyone downloaded it in the first place

3 stars only because of the inability to accurately maintain the available balance in your bank. Hopefully an update with a widget or home screen that would track the available funds in your account after deductions of parcels would make this a overall better idea, however with lacking this feature I can see it very possible to overdraft your account.

I've had other coin jar type apps before but none with a multiplier, great feature. Wish it had the ability to set regular deposits.

No spare change, no reason for this app outside of coinbase. I also want to say that it's very lazy of your team to be copying and pasting the same reply to near unanimous descent regarding spare change. I don't understand why spare change can't be incorporated into your business model. If youre going to reply with the same bs about "unsustainable business model...blah blah" please don't. You've lost >1/2 of your business base at this point, so tell us, which business model is unsustainable?

New Review, stopped working with my bank and now crashes out very often. Does not update even after uninstall/reinstall it still does not work right. When this app worked it was great these days not even worth the install. Old Review: This tool does exactly what it says and is good at it, in only a few short weeks I have already saved over $100 with no noticeable impact on my finances! Great now I sound like an infomercial lol

Keeps crashing, can't do what the old lawnmower did. It seems like they got ahead of themselves and pushed out a half-baked app . Will wait and see if they add new cryptos to the app. If they are unable to do that will probably delete.

I can't find the settings to make it add up the change to my purchases with my bank. App is now nothing that I was looking for. I wanted to take the change from my purchases and deposit that in Bitcoin. I can no longer do this based off of what I can gather.

easy to use.. does what it says it does. a wonderful way to get into buying bitcoins

Very ugly user interface. Doesn't even let me register because some fields are blacked out. Also, the splash screen and Activity startup time are way too long.

The idea of investing my spare change into Bitcoin was awesome, I adjusted my whole spending habits because of it. The new "investment model" sucks hardcore, it can't do anything the Coinbase account you need to create to use the app can't do by itself, and Coinbase will do it better. No need for this app, just ignore it. Completely useless.

You guys changed the very reason someone wanted your app. No longer allowed to take your spare change and turn it into BTC.. Bedside of recurring payments.. Or one tap investments. Thats like saying you like rap but its really electronica. :/ I spent a few minutes looking for places to find how to change the settings.. And there wasn't one. It was fun at first.....

Updated to new version... FC on almost every screen... (Unfortunately Lawnmower has stopped)

No longer does spare change investment. Since that was the point, it is now a poor copy of other bitcoin buying apps like coinbase.

This product has nothing to do with the product I signed up for in November. As far as I could tell, your entire brand identity was based on a quirky 'fun' feature and you have completely replaced that with something that isn't really unique at all and in its current unfinished state can be almost completely replaced by the offerings of the payment provider you require all your users to use already.

The app worked for a while, I invested some bitcoin, now the app is redesigned and crashes when trying to swipe or click on anything and is entirely unusable. Seems like the idea is good but the people behind it don't have any sense of quality or making a good product.

Functions as stated but definitely needs some polish. Logging in is a pain. Needs a pin or some other modern log in. Once it's gets some tweaks it will go up to a five. Just didn't nail it out of the park. Update: moved it too five stars because it got better over time. Love the slider to save more when have more money and less when have less.
