WHY DO YOU NEED CAMERA PERMISSIONS ? WHILE YOU HAVE ALREADY ASKED PERMISSION FOR MEDIA FOLDER?? ZENDESK DOES THIS WIHTOUT ANY SUCH PERMISSIONS ...THIS IS REALLY SHADY AND UNACCEPTABLE ...
I can't access anything. Wanted to sign in with my Google account and it's not working. Can't even see where to register as a new user so I can get a username and password. Very annoying
I'm running android 6.0 But for some reason I can't download the app. I had to reset my phone and now it want work. WHY?? I need it for work.
Wonderful extension of the Intercom service: I can communicate with my customers even if I am on the go.
Please include conversation tags in the app as well
Notifications and Stability are the weakest part of the app. My colleague who uses it on iOS has a similar experience. Please work on notifications, I don't need a notification Everytime a chat is closed. I would also like the notifications to clear if it's the chat is assigned to another person. Also feels like the app is an afterthought

When I click in a notification, the conversation doesn't loads!
Bug where selecting a conversation actually loads the conversation below it makes it difficult to use. That with the fact that sorting by oldest doesn't work makes the top conversation unreachable.
guys, please, please allow vibration to be turned off for notifications. immensely irritating when you have a hundred notifications come in within minutes.
Had to remove it from my One+3,because it kept randomly. Opening over other apps
Amazing app, when I am away from my keyboard I had no issues talking to customers.
Nice and simple enough, wish it was the full Intercom Respond app, and closing/assigning conversations took less steps.
It seems Intercom has high jacked my HTC 10 Android phone. I've noticed the following issues: - Intercom login screen automatically loads (randomly) on its own without my authorization and/or execution. -trying to watch YouTube and the blue Intercom login screen pops up out of nowhere. (**TWICE**) - Unlock my screen to check my inbox and BAM! Intercom pops up. - Intercom's blue login screen popped up while writing this review. I've uninstalled & reinstalled Intercom at least 3 times.
OMG. What is up with notifications? Lol. You can get around the constant buzzing by telling Android to be silent on this app. But dang, would be nice to know when a new conversation came through. Especially for Aquire leads.
Unusable with the issues it has with notifications on Galaxy S7
The app is pretty much unusable with notifications right now. My phone is literally non stop buzzing. I don't know what's going on, but am going to have to turn notifications off, which makes it useless for out of hours support. Intercom really need to do something about this.
High quality customer conversations on the go. Doesn't try to do too much, which is great considering how much Intercom offers.
Still can't connect with my Google account

Client read report needed to everything chat (similar to the web app). I must say this app is for the name sake. I must say your mobility team needs work hard to ensure maximum web features are included to the mobile version. I hope we will have an update in 2 or 3 weeks maximum. Please consider this my answer for your reply. we cannot carry the computer always. That's the only one reason I depend on to the mobile app. So please make sure a minimum featured app. Ready to pay.
Why the sign in anyway it's just a crap way to talk over extremely short distance...

Clunky, slow app which crashes all the time. Conversations do not load just the loader keeps showing. Cannot upload files either. Keeps logging me out all the time. Can't even use the website on the mobile browser since it isn't optimized at all. Please fix it.
Doesn't let me logging in despite having high speed internet.
This programme is incompatible with the majority of tablet PC in our office. (e.q. CUBE T8-PLUS with Android 5.1)

Neither Enter nor OK physical key submit a message on Motorola Photon Q qwerty keyboard. One of them should so there's no need to touch the screen. Additionally, new messages don't show up in an active chat window but I get the push notifications for them. I have to quit the conversation window and open it again to see the new messages from the customer. Very annoying. The same happens on my coworker's Android phone (different phone and Android version) so Intercom Android app is definitely to blame.
Update: they added user search and new message sending, so now I'm happy as can be. Thanks! Original review: Overall decent app, but missing the ability to send messages to users who don't have an open conversation. The iOS app can do this, and the Android version is really limited without it. Also, why can't I see my closed conversations?
This app has improved so much in the past few months. It started out with just the basic functionality of Intercom chat but now has all the features you need to talk to your customers.
Google login don't work
Really helps communicate with customers!
Great app but have some minor issues like conversation not updating. Have to go out and come in conversation for updates. Intercom stays a great customer relationship software.
