I brought many Gilma products including solar water heater. I had to get the solar water tank replaced as it was leaking. The new tank also in the same state. I have been trying to get it replaced for last 2 months. Customer service won't work many times. Gilma services head in Hyderabad don't pick up the phone 90 percent of the time. Still awaiting for the fix.
