Adds an option in the android share menu to upload an image to sr.ht

Before using this app you need to configure the URL to upload to, and your API key. Your API key can be found at http://sr.ht under the API info sub menu. By default, the URL is sr.ht, but a custom URL may be used if you run your own instance of sr.ht.
