Stack: Personalized News App for Android
This looks interesting. UI is very nice. No dark theme (a must), no ability to set font (I don't like serifs), very slow to load the newsfeed. No way to control the sources either. Would love an image-free mode to browse on slow connections and an ability to add my own sources. Also a way to sort or filter the stories by recency or category would also be great.
App requires logging in using Twitter, Facebook or Google plus. That drove me crazy. So I uninstalled it.
NEVER WORKED Please it always says stoped working, you should fix that Android 4.4.2
Incredible design, reminds me a bit of the defunct app Prismatic. A lot of stuff is UK based, just wish there was a bit more variety with the content.
Saving profile... takes so long after editing the profile. Fix it and I'll give 5 stars.
Well laid out, and nice integration with social networks for sharing news. It will need to innovate further to compete with Flipboard and Newsstand
Very convenient..
Recommended articles finally! This is fast becoming my main source of news. I can't keep up with my Twitter feed. This gives me exactly what I need from it in a clean, user friendly format
Easily connect to your Twitter account and save interesting articles for later. Great for the evening commute!
Great stuff :)
Amazing app!!! Good job ; )
By far the sexiest news reader out there.
Cuts through Twitter's noise and gives me the news and articles I want to read, offline also when I'm on the tube!
Informative and fun.
Easy way to read interesting stuff on the go. Wish I could send it stuff from my email inbox
Great design and relevant articles make me use it everyday
It's making my morning commute a whole lot better though.
It's the perfect way to stay updated throughout the day; reading and 'stacking' interesting and relevant articles!
Great way to cache stuff to read on the tube
For transparency reason, I've been involved in this project as developer, but my thoughts are my own. I have to say, after the app reached maturity and got released, I've started to use it for private purposes. I use things like tweetdeck and lists to filter out interesting people and keeping up on tech news on twitter. With stack I can save the hassle and a lot of time. For anyone using Twitter for news, I'd definitely recommend to give the app a go.
I like that it shows me articles that I want to read.
Crashes often and doesn't seem to support Twitter in the way I expected it to.
Really nice app. I use it daily.
Great app!

This PoS does not even open up without crashing. Uninstalled immediately. I have no patience for apps that don't work.
