Poor driver tracking, doesn't give me an accurate description of how long the journey will take, if I cancel a booking through the app the driver still comes and the app freezes. Look at Uber's app and you might finally understand that people go to Uber not only thanks their cheaper prices.

Booked well before new years eve. Never came.

I had to wait 3 hours from eaghlehawk to get into town for over 30 minutes it's because it was a restricted zone false information was given countless times the next available will be there when they could have of said it's a restricted zone please get your taxi from Aldi or something like that why be a taxi driver if you're afraid of picking people up? Now I'm going to be late to my destination.

No longer shows locations of taxis, app is slow, you get asked for your phone number every time you open it + have to put in destination just to book a taxi. Makes it a long and irritating process compared to other, and previous, apps.
