Friendly for Facebook

can't properly tag people in posts using @ rather annoying... whenever I post something from the app I usually have to go back to the full desktop app on my laptop to correct whatever went wrong e.g. a post unresolved linked image or missed tagged ppl

Uses less resources than the official app but the "jump to top" button doesn't work for me and I have to pull to refresh when moving between tabs as each page comes up blank.

This app brings back the FB joy. I can now filter out the stuff I don't want to see.. which allows me to see more that I want to see.

So much better than Facebook mobile app which crashes all the time. Friendly let's you customize your control and combines fbook and messenger, which is nice.

Video download is so perfect 5 star forthat but my Messanger is falling so hard... every minute i need to restart the friendly! Please the bug i will change my 3 star rate to 5 star pleasethank you!

Nice app but it sometimes doesn't refresh when you open it. Also I wish when you hit the back button when looking at notifications that it took you to the news feed instead of closing app

Overall, this app has been very handy. It's been a great replacement for the official Facebook apps! I said I'd bump my rating if they added an easy way to get back to the main feed and they totally did!

Seems like a web-based app. Best alternative to Facebook other then the app itself along with messenger that I've come across .

Unable to share photos or videos direct from gallery on FB or Messenger

So far so good. Waiting to see what I paid the 1.99 for but it seems great. Thanks for a better app then the actual tarts make from facebook.

This is a great app and better than FB default app.. One request.. Option to upload multiple photos or videos.. That would make Friendly the best FB alternative

It would be nice to post GIFs on comments.

LOVE the keyword filter for newsfeed and the ad block. Getting to see more of what I want and not what im uninterested in is such a win win!!

When I go to my own page and click on a post, when I click the back button or back arrow, it takes me back to the news feed instead of back to my page. Could you please fix this devs? And thank you. I'm still not seeing all my friends' posts in my feed, though "most recent" is selected. If I click on a friend's page, I'm finding posts that I haven't seen yet.

I don't know what happened with the last update but Friendly has become very unstable on my Samsung Galaxy S5 Smartphone. It opens frequently to blank pages, shows me notifications for messages and marks them as read when I haven't yet seen them, and clicking on links within the app takes me to pages other than where it's supposed to. Also, it's slow to update the news feed. Please, correct the bugs. Friendly used to be a joy. Now, it's a pain. ????

This app is a great replacement for the official Facebook app. As all of the users know the fb app runs in background and consumes ram and data and makes phones slow. But there is no such problems with this app. Great app. And the user interface is really so smooth. But there are points where this app needs to improve. It doesn't show the full picture and everytime I'll have to click on it to load the full pic. To me it's annoying. Try to fix that. Please add a toggle for turning of text selection.

I do like this app. But, it is getting a little frustrating when at random times when I try to view a video ( not youtube, or part of a any series of videos) it shows a completely different video. I really miss GIFS too...I also miss tagging...

FREE FEATURE: You can finally, actually see the most recent up to the minute posts as they occur from more of your friends. The stock FB app forces you to see the things you visit frequently over and over again. Why? I have already seen it. Friendly helps you to keep up with everything else that is happening, as it happens. That's bliss. PAID FEATURE: When they say no ads, they mean it! (FB Sponsored Posts are not ads. You still see those) Also,when I click a link to another website, I don't see their ads either! YAY! Be sure to use the app's internal browser for this to work. Well worth the $2.00 cost. Thank you, devs. Now I can enjoy FB again.

Complete junk! removes most of the main features from facebook like video and audio calling and replaces it with some child friendly feautures and logos. awkward layout and i hate every aspect of this app!

Jump to top still doesn't work most of the time. And clicking the timeline icon also doesn't bring you to the top of the page. Meaning I have to scroll back to the top to refresh. Seriously add a refresh button, this problem is persisting for a lot of users it seems.

Im new to this app, one thing that i hate so much.. the touch screen become more sensitive when i scroll n stop.. then it will automatic click on picture or video just because i stop it from scrolling.

What's with the messenger? Why must I scroll down to "unread messages" to see new messages or replies? Not good. Not good at all. Notifications are still broken for post and also new messages. Notifications I do get for messages are when I send a message. This was a good alternative to the official Facebook application. But starting to go downhill.

After few months back to the functionality. Except for uploading pictures and videos, which is real nightmare. For months! When you'll fix that? And still no gif play/upload.

Paid for the ad free version. A little buggy, such as jump to top doesn't always work, notifications doesn't takes you to a blank screen occasionally. After latest update don't have a news feed at all. Will have to revert back to FB. Will update when fixed.

Wow! This used to be my favorite app, but the past month or so, it is nothing but problems. I currently don't have a news feed..at all, it's blank. Also, can't tag people when sharing "memories." C'mon, you can do better.

Edit: You seem to have fixed the issues. Back to 5 stars, until something else goes wrong anyway. Every time I share an article without fail, the commentary I include with the article gets deleted. I'll have to start looking for another Facebook alternative. Sucks to because I've recommended others to use friendly. But I can't even share articles to Facebook with commentary using this. Beyond annoying when you write something quite lengthy only to find it was never included with the article. Sucks.

Edit: If you're sick of Friendly's bugs I switched to Simple and it actually works. And after the 3rd notification update it still doesn't work not does scroll to top or switch from most recent to top. If I FC the app then it works for a while but breaks. This has become too buggy to be useful. It's sad because this was really good. I'll be going back to using FB mobile.
