Flutter Gallery for Android
Seems to work. Great early stage project
Hashtag impressed
Great potential
Tested this app on various devices: Google Nexus 4, Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Lumigon T3 (Danish Android phone), Nvidia Shield tablet. Showed excellent performance with 60 fps, even on the Nexus 4. Amazing! Flutter development experience has been the best so far for any mobile app development framework (workflow, hot reloading, debugging, general performance). And this is alpha quality software!
So this was part of the recent hype? Honestly see nothing innovative here. Most animations are what's currently available. The new animations are just more of the same useless type that don't add anything and most smart individuals will turn off to keep the service running faster, if that remains a developer option like with Android currently. I know I kill all animations now because I want things to occur now, not after a pointless schtick. And it was mostly the same overly sanitized design that has infected almost every website. Lacks color and life. Looks like a hospital wall with an image and some words. Truly nothing worth writing about so much in recent articles.
Very promising technology stack!
Flutter grows and grows; good job!
Great development if flutter.
Compiling form source produces a different app with ugly TextField "life story" under Text Fields. It is a 3 line input field. But the play store one is single line input which expands upto 3 line if necessary
lovely! finally someone besides microsoft uses the small screen in an easy to see, easy to tap, and beautiful way. as an ios (too) user: don't ape apples design. really. copy Microsoft if anything.
So much whining from some people. As if Rome was built in one day. This is the most beautiful demo app that I saw. Keep up the good work!
I am going to have to firmly agree with Elya here...this work is more than Exemplary! Wow! So much good effort went into this, it is impressive on at least 2 levels...1) what it demonstrates and 2) the quality of the demos themselves. Great work! Thank you!
Great potential. Animation is slightly choppy on my Note 3 running Android 7.1.2 LineageOS based ROM.
I'm very excited to see Flutter reach its full potential, but I can't give more than 2 stars right now. In my Asus Zenfone5 this app is unusable. The worst performance ever. I hope it gets fixed soon because I really wanna develop apps using Flutter in the future if the performance matches expectations (raised by demos and talks in the summit).
Animation choppy like tom said.(if he means its gets stuck for a very little time
Extremely promising. I'll try to learn Dart with Flutter to make my app. Looking forward for the future of this framework.
dont like others i feel no lag on my xpera x performance, great app great samples, and thanks for the source code.
Extremely low FPS
Amazing preview from Google! Hope this comes to fruition in further versions of Android.
Great SDK. Nice that it shows what you can do with flutter.
Good style. I hope to see more apps that take advantage of it.
Awesome but noticeably slower than native.
So buttery smooth!
Silky smooth demo
I wonder how much better Flutter will run in Fuchsia. Definitely does not look like 120fps on my HTC One M7 (with the Snapdragon 600) running Marshmallow.
Seriously tested on several 4.x 5.x devices. It's unstable, components are scarce and rather depressing-looking - OK it's an alpha POC but... after two years of development? I'll have faith and give it two years more, but I take bets it will go the way of the Dodo.
In my phone Xolo q700s only the half of app bar is visible .
This is really promising, very nice set of widgets and native performance. I can't wait to see the stable version

Really impressed with this demo. Didn't expect this performance out of a non native toolkit.
