It was for my brothers honeymoon. And as we are from Gujarati family - he has been advised to go for Heena from many of his friends and experienced couple. There are many reasons why he was hearing that. 1) you will make good friends and meet like minded couple and there are stories of couple who are even after 3, 5 or even after 10 years of honeymoon trip still friends 2) they take care of all the things. 3) Super network 4) owners get into quality check for any tour anytime 5) mouth watering food

I am a genius customer and get really great deals. But already the deals for every user are great. And the service in the background is perfect... So they are not only selling, but if some questions might appear you will get someone on the phone who is professional and able to help you with your issue. I am impressed with that. Have fun...!

I had three tours from this travel company, first was Far East which was "Good", second was Dubai was "Ok" and the third was hongkong-macau-senzhen(china)-guanzhau(china) which was extremely poor as the food quality and taste was extremely bad, no proper management overall Heena tours really fails in this tour package even though the prices are highest amongst other tour companies. It's better to opt for some other company for future travelling outside India. Extremely worst experience in hongkong tour

Nice App. If I could give Heena Tours 7 stars, I would. It was good an experience in every possible way. I went Himachal Pradesh for two weeks with my friends, Every single detail of the trip went smoothly, easily, and enjoyable. I felt free to enjoy my experiences fully without any practical worries, and felt very joyful at all times. My guides were all very knowledgeable, but more than that, they were lovely people with whom I enjoyed spending time.

Tour got cancelled by Heena just before 15 days of tour and you do not have any policy which says u will refund the cost of air tickets which we made. Also, by converting into individual tour u will cut on deleiverables also?? That conversion was not done by my choice, it was done by your failure to create enough travellers. Atleast do not be so tiny that you start cutting on small things. Ahmedabad Branch is really unable to handle it.

A very cost effective and reliable tour operator to make a trust and take care of our each and every tour queries and requirements. Most important part is food in every tour, my 2 kids are most happy in my last tour with Jain food to heenatours.in I recommend to others for Jain food.

As i was travelled a year before to sikim with Heena...n also planning to go this year with international tour to Thailand. ..me n my Husband have visited the branch vile parle..the cordinater agreed to give a reply on very next day ..for the dates as disscussed...bt till now not a single call by any of the member from there...we hv visited 10 days ago for enquiry. ..if this is your work no one can come again ...this is not expected by any customers...

We are going since my years then our every tour has been memorable and main thing is we are getting vegetarian food and main good. So we would always prefer heena and their food quality is also very good. Their hotels are also very good.

the service is 3rd class ...the staff at surat branch is extremely impolite and rude. he doesnt know how to talk to a customer as if we are a obligation to him....i request heena to train their staff
