Utter total waste of an app if you're require to log in every single time and if there's no notification system for low balance. Might as well use the website. If they didn't design this app themselves, they totally got ripped off, and probably passed the costs onto the schools, or worse, the parents and students. If they did design this app, perhaps they should look into what purpose it would serve to mimic the website with no additional functionality or convenience, as they could've just created a home screen shortcut to the website and called it a day.

Used this app for quite awhile and then it's decided to stop working for me. It freezes when I put in user code and password and doesn't give any error message. I've sent 2 emails to the app designer and get some automatic email response to use my email as user and how to reset password. Pretty sure that's not the problem when I have no problems signing in online. Please fix this. This app is no longer convenient for me.

This might be worth something if you could pay base totals and other fees with it. Too bad it only sometimes lets you put money in the school lunch account.

I used to use it all the time to add lunch money to my son's account but now I can't log in I did the contact us and nobody ever got back-to me. I can-do it through the website but not the app

Admin decided to increase security earlier this year by changing the user name to the user's email address and in doing this made it impossible to login for users with email addresses longer than 20 characters. Contacted help desk MANY times just for them to completely ignore the problem. If it weren't for my kids needing lunch money and this being the only method the school takes I would not use this company.

It doesn't even tell you when funds are low and then you have to wait an hour before funds are loaded. This app is a joke.

Only allows you to see balance, daily meal purchases, and add funds. Does not allow you to view and pay other school fees. Also, not SD card compatible.

Complete junk what a joke log in won't even load after you put in your user name and password way to go fix it or don't say you have any app for something

Worked really great then all of a sudden the mobile app would not let me sign in to add funds or check balances. I have to go thru full site on Internet now

Cannot add more than $50 in funds. There is a $1.25 charge for each transaction so it's not an option for me to add $50 multiple times.

How do I pay balances on my kids account?!?!?! It only give option to add funds for lunch. I pack their lunch. Trying to pay for kindergarten and stupid school Supply fees. Crap.

Can't see your preset payment methods or setup auto replenishment. Interface seems really generic

...then never again. Not so much as an error message. Don't waste your time installing.

Says my username and password does not exist. Why send an email asking to sign up for the app if its not going to work properly. Poor planning.

When I try to sign in it tells me user name and password are not found, yet they work fine on the computer. Please fix/help

The app worked 1 time but now it says my username and password can't be found. I had to wait until I went to work to log into the web site to manage my kids school accounts

It has worked very well for us this year, I'm glad our school adopted this for lunch payments! Very easy to use. So far so good.

I installed the app because their website is unusable on mobile. The app is even less useful, I can't see fees owed or add funds.

This is an awful app and associated website. It’s confusing and their support is terrible. My biggest complaint is that when you are using the Student Account (not lunch account) there is no way to check your balance. This is my money I am putting in and they cannot give me a balance statement, it’s unacceptable.

It gives me the log in screen after put my information in and hit the button it doesn't do anything just stays on the same screen and says nothing different

How can I use this through my sons school website(wadsworth, ohio wadsworth high school ) but not here. It says my district does not recognize this site. Pleas a little clarity. Thanks

Why would you create an app that doesn't allow you update payment information via the app? Why is that your website isn't optimized for use on a mobile device in an increasingly mobile civilization? This app is probably the most unique users friendly app in all of the Google Play Store! Yes, all of it. I don't know if the developers of this app actually brainstormed what would be needed in a mobile app used to pay for things but in the top 5 items on the list should have been the ability to update payment.

Not able to set spending limits like with Payschools. Would rather go back. It was easier to use.

I have been using PayForIt on my computer to manage my children's accounts. Yesterday morning I added funds in my daughters account from this new app. At lunch she was told it did not show up yet but gave her lunch and assumed it would show shortly. Now today my daughter was denied lunch due to the money NOT being in her account. (we have a back up in place so she was able to still eat). The money has come out of my checking account, I received an email conformation, but not in her PFI account. FIX IT

You can't even change your account information on here. I got a new bank card and there is no where on the app to change the information.

It works sometimes. Most times when I log in it tells me I have no patrons(no students) on the account, but I do.

App is good for viewing balance, reloading, checking activity, etc. It is great for what it is. The only reason for 4 stars is--- when I add money to my child's account, it withdraws from my account immediately, but takes a few hours to show on the app.
