Ein immer wiederkehrendes Problem in Unternehmen ist die Inventarisierung bzw. die Aktualisierung des vorhandenen Inventars. In den meisten Fällen erfolgt diese auf Basis von gedruckten Listen, wobei jeder Eintrag nach und nach geprüft werden muss.

Mit unserer „Mobile Asset and Inventory App“ können Sie die elektronische Inventarisierung von Assets ortsunabhängig nutzen. Die App basiert auf der Matrix42 Workplace Management Suite. Die Daten zwischen mobilem Gerät und der Suite werden automatisch alle 60 Sekunden abgeglichen, sodass die Aktualität der Daten auf beiden Seiten gewährleistet ist (im Online Modus). Als Abgleichs-Grundlage der Assets dient ein Barcode, der via App eingescannt werden kann.

Die Mobile Inventory App kann sowohl offline als auch online arbeiten. Durch die Möglichkeit die App offline zu nutzen, können Sie bequem von unterwegs oder auch bei eventuellen Störungen der WLAN-Verbindung Ihre Inventarisierung durchführen. Sobald Sie mit der App wieder in den Online-Modus wechseln werden die Daten abgeglichen und in die Workplace Management Suite übernommen.

With our "Mobile Asset and Inventory App" you can use the electronic inventory of assets regardless of location. The app is based on the Matrix42 Workplace Management Suite.
