The PPL workout is the classical push pull legs split yielding optimal results for strength and muscle growth.
It is one of the best 3 day splits, where each day focuses solely on either pushing exercises, pulling exercises or a leg day.
PPL Workout Log is an easy to use workout tracker that guides you through every exercise in the Push Pull Legs workout, giving instructions on how to perform each exercise, notifying you when your rest between the sets is over, tracking your progress, and a lot more.
You don't need to manually create a workout template for the PPL routine anymore or log your progress with workout sheets, this app takes all the annoyances off you, so you can focus on lifting and building muscle.
The Push Pull Legs routine is highly flexible and can be done in several ways depending on your time and goals: The standard 3 days a week split, a 5 day split (Push/Pull/Rest/Legs/Rest and then repeat the 5-day cycle), or even as a 6 day workout split (P/P/L/P/P/L/Rest and repeat).

Need to be able to change order of exercises. EDIT: Apparently it doesn't remember the fact that I increased the weights. So it's stuck at the same weights every time, and I can't change the weight increments either.

love it just missing one thing.. Coming from stronglifts this is perfect for ppl transition. If it had warm up sets & weights/plate calculator I could delete my stronglifts app completely. Right now I have to juggle both apps to get through my ppl & thats time wasted imo. love it though please add those & Id gladly pay for it. Great work!!

Suggest a drop down option for each exercise to input notes (was easy, tough, etc), and remove ads for a paid version.

I love that this app is very consistent and easy to adjust your exercises. Will be getting a new phone soon, I wish it could keep my logs in a server to upload elsewhere

You should make a restore button. I deleted an exercise and wanted to restore it together with the gifs. Also, include an alphabetic list of exercises.
