About PHUL Workout Log

The PHUL workout, short for Power Hypertrophy Upper Lower, is a 4 day upper / lower body split program yielding optimal results for both strength and hypertrophy. Two out of the four days focus on building muscle mass through a hypertrophy training program, while the other two workouts are used to focus on pure strength training.
PHUL Workout Log is an easy to use workout tracker that guides you through every exercise in the PHUL routine, giving instructions on how to perform each exercise, notifying you when your rest between the sets is over, tracking your progress, and a lot more. You don't need to manually create a workout template for the PHUL workout anymore or log your progress with workout sheets, this app takes all the annoyances off you, so you can focus on lifting and getting big.

Would love it if it showed the weights used for the last 3 or 5 sessions. Just like it shows reps done for the last session, but 3 or 5. Because I up the weights every 4th session and I have to go through the calendar to see when's the last time I changed weights.

Great app my strength has increased from this app and people have noticed by body change. I do wish it would sync up with Google fit.. And more importantly back up to Google drive. Not all phones have SD card support.

If your phone doesn't have a SD card it doesn't back up, which means it loses all your data when you close the app. Open it next workout and all your weights from last workout are reset to the app default. Why doesn't it save to the phone's internal memory?

I like the app a lot but an audio timer would be awesome on top of the vibrate. It would be nice to hear it in my headphones.

Workout is incorrect, the actual proper PHUL workout has different reps and set ranges.

Would love to see a notification tray timer between sets, and also an audio tone when timer is up. Nice app otherwise. Also give me an option to pay you a few dollars to remove ads. I'll pay it. EDIT - this does do a notification but I'd still love to see a timer in my app tray. 4 star now.
