About PHAT Workout Log

The PHAT routine (short for Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training) is an intense power and hypertrophy workout by Dr. Layne Norton.
It is a 5 day full-body split where two days focus on strength training and three days are used to gain muscle mass with a hypertrophy program.
The PHAT Workout Log app is a fitness tracker leading you through every exercise of the PHAT routine with instructions on how to do them. It's an ease to track your progress each workout and display your growth in beautiful charts. An automatically started timer notifies you when your rest between the sets is over
and what weight to use.
The PHAT training is already an extremely demanding workout and you shouldn't have to fill out spreadsheets in your rest time. That's why the app is designed as an advanced workout tracker acting as your personal coach, so your main focus can purely be on the PHAT training and lifting.

Dude this app is freaking sweet and so simple I love it. It's actually something I started developing but now I don't need to haha.. Can you please add one thing for me? Could each set/weight/repcount get stored somewhere so we could always view the history? Even if it uses our phone storage. I found myself wanting to see how much weight I lifted last lower day and it resets the numbers

UI is good. easy to use. only let down is it doesnt save previous weight amount on older days so it doesnt keep track of progress...

Great app, weight changes do save and the edit feature is helpful. Be good if you could reset workout times though as I've left it running a few times.

When i change rest periods they revent back to default so i can't change they way i want them to be, great app but you need to fix this.

Good app, except my power leg workout is still running even though I've done all my exercises. It says that I've only done 7/8 exercises even though I only have 7 exercises total that day.
