I've tried several times to create my identity and it just gets hung up. I have no idea if it's a cool app or not as it won't let me sign in.

I have tried to download and then delete this app over and over again cuz I had a very difficult time creating my account, and when I do try to create my account I would wait like 15 minutes and it still would be loading for my creating the account to go through but please fix this app cuz I am deleting this app cuz I am not wasting my time trying to create my account if it is NOT going to work at all. Thank you for understanding.
