I've tried this product twice. The first time the app kept freezing I couldn't watch videos. Now that's it's been updated the videos work and I can navigate better but it does me no good when I can't put coats in. Also I can't sync it to my calender for reminders about classes and follow ups so I have an overpriced app that doesn't work and customer service is a joke. Buyer beware

I have spent hours syncing and editing my contacts. Only to have it not save anything. Twice. And there's no support, no way to contact anyone. I'm just stuck. And the contacts need an option to select more then one at a time. Individually clicking each name and adjusting their status or deleting them (350+ synched from my phone, so I have a lot to delete). Its so tome consuming. And then to not have it save?! Argh.

Every CRM I've ever tried offered a free trial before I made a decision of whether or not to use it. Except this one. I think I'll wait.

Hard to navigate and updating contacts is difficult due to duplicates.

It was difficult to navigate. The video would not play smoothly....the edge system on paper is much better.

It Definitely helps me a lot to stay organized, but the app is so slow, even my account on the computer freezes up all the time because it is so slow. It is great for helping me with follow up when i take time to enter things in!
