Der smartCoach ist die Trainingshilfe der Seite mentalimpuls.com.
Es handelt sich dabei um eine Seite zur Durchführung eines Mentaltrainings nach einem individuell für Dich erstellten Trainingsplan.

Nach der Installation der App erhältst Du täglich eine Push-Nachricht mit folgendem Inhalt:
1) ein allgemeiner Impuls für Dein Mentaltraining, d.h. eine tägliche Übung, die Dir mental weiterhilft.
2) eine Übung aus Deinem individuellen Trainingsplan, den Du Dir über die Internetseite mentalimpuls.com erstellt hast. The smart coach is the training using the page mentalimpuls.com.
