To use this app you need an in.touch module from Gecko Alliance, which has a built-in WiFi transeiver to communicate with your Android. In.touch quickly connects via the communication port of an in.xm2™, in.xe™, in.yt™ or in.yj™ hot tub control platform (http://www.geckoalliance.com).

After pc setup and linking to the phone it seems to work fine as long as you are within the WiFi area of the house. Takes a minute to connect before you can change anything. Also watch the temp control setting. I played with C and F settings and the F temp end up going to 190F something degrees until I reset the temp to 80F. It did cost me about 30minutes of heating tell I noticed it.

Attention all ANDROIDERS! This unit is extremely unfriendly to Android phone set-up. I was told by retailer that it would be an easy install.. NOT! After repeated tries of doing everything possible, including buying wifi extender, bring laptop to spa, contacting tech support numerous times and more.. I cannot make this InTouch pair or set-up with my Galaxy Note 4.. it's a no go! Absolutely frustrating and disappointing after all the hype about how good a product it is... waste of time and money for me. On a positive.. Daughters IPhone.. took less than one minute and it was working perfectly. Suggest that InTouch tell their Dealer network NOT to sell their unit as Android friendly. Hopefully, they will make this product compatible with Android in the future... could be fun!
