Add Prospect : Define Scheme code and Beneficiary ID for Prospect . These are not mandatory fields.
Closure of Prospect Task initiate Automated workflow based upon scheme code .
Hold Status & Reason :
New task status “On Hold” has been listed . on selecting Task status as “On Hold” , a Hold reason drop down opens . User can select a hold reason and update task . Backend report shall be updated with Hold Reason (Valid only if Status is “on Hold” )

Disappointed with tikona that the app is only available for Android & not for ios. Please bring the App for ios. Bring the app for Apple Iphone & Ipad. Bring it as soon as possible.Many of us are using ios devices.

Sometimes we missed out to update few material that we consume and we can't reupdate it anymore please provide same kind of features so that we can do the same. save all the task details data at the user end so that he can reupdate it atleast.

Hello all please do not buy tikona its worst internet service provider if u do not believe then try it to suffer in future. When u ask for disconnection they wont listen to u and lastly they generate false bills and will threaten u. U have to believe me check in google saying tikona legal cases. And m victim too
