I praised them for the first supply for their products. But their delivery is poor. They take 4-5 hours to deliver and frequently the delivery boy is changed and then you are disturbed by them for getting the location. They should improve on this aspect. Today finally I cancelled my order because of delay in delivery. Let us see their response on this. They called me and promised to see that in future there won't be any complaint.

I ordered from Chandigarh while they hadn't start delivering to Chandigarh yet. They still accepted the order and promised to deliver. The delivery guy came within 3 hours as told. Vegetables were absolutely fresh!! They also ensured to cover my area in future so Im going to be using their services everytime now. Highly recommended
