Komunikacija sa javnim institucijama, ustanovama, javnim preduzećima i ostalim službama često zna da bude komplikovana. Građani često ne znaju kome i na koji način treba da se obrate zbog rešavanja nekog svog problema. Iz tog razloga nastao je servis “Uzoran građanin” kao sredstvo za poboljšanje komunikacije građana i svih javnih činilaca koja deluju u službi građana.

Uzoran građanin je servis koji omogućava građanima da uočene probleme proslede nadležnim službama. Ovaj servis čine web aplikacija koja se nalazi na Internet adresi www.uzorangradjanin.rs i mobilna android aplikacija pomoću kojih građani prijavljuju probleme.

Ceo sistem je osmišljen da bi građanima bio na usluzi i raspolaganju 24 sata dnevno, sedam dana u nedelji, na celoj teritoriji Republike Srbije.

Građani koji se registruju na servis Uzoran građanin ili prilikom podnošenja prijave ostave svoje kontakt podatke, biće obavešteni od strane nadležnih šta je urađeno povodom njihovog problema.

NAPOMENA: Servis “Uzoran građanin” je prototip u fazi testiranja što znači da svaki problem koji prijavite se ne prosleđuje službama. Još uvek čekamo odgovor od nadležnih službi kako bismo mogli da implementiramo aplikaciju u potpunosti.

For this reason, there is a service "exemplary citizen" as a means to improve communication between citizens and all public actors acting in the service of citizens.

Model citizen is a service that allows citizens to perceived problems referred to relevant services. This service consists of a web application that is on the Internet at www.uzorangradjanin.rs and Android mobile applications through which citizens report problems.

The whole system is designed so that people at your service and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Citizens who are registered on the service exemplary citizen, or when applying leave their contact details will be advised by relevant what has been done regarding their problems.

NOTE: Service 'Model citizen' is a prototype being tested, which means that each problem report is not disclosed to services. Still waiting for a response from the relevant departments so that we can implement the application in full.
