TakeBreak is a stretching and eye exercises app which notifies you when you need to take a break. Taking breaks at least every 45 minutes is very important to your health. The stretch exercises will help you to lower or even eliminate your neck, back, waist or shoulder pains and eye exercises will make your eyes stronger and your vision better. The program has 15 exercises and takes approximately 3-4 minutes to finish.

I go through this routine (free version) at least 2x per day at work. My desk job is heavy computer-use all day so I need it. On days that I do more of these stretches, my body feels way better. The only one I don't do is the pencil-eye-focuz because it was uncomfortable. Otherwise love the app.

Used on waking and as I am so stiff it was not too difficult. Notifications are only for paying customers, but still great. Worth trying. Tiny app under 1MB storage usage!!!

I like the exercises, but you can't schedule the breaks in the free version. That's okay. There is more than one way to skin a cat. I just set a reminder using another app and I'm all set to do my sessions every 55 minutes.

I was kinda skeptical when downloaded this app. And I'm glad I did because is a simple and quick series of 5 - 10 seconds exercises that you can do when you have a break at work or school. It's not something that is gonna take you more than 2 - 2 1/2 minutes to complete, is short, effective and the best is that it will make you feel better. The best part is that doesn't need special permissions to install, no bs permissions like some other apps that need to grant the whole access to your phone to use it.

Great ADDITION to an already active lifestyle. These stretches won't get you in shape but are simple enough to follow everyday (only takes 5-10 min.) and if the routine is done in the mornings it can help with memory!

What can I say with this worth while app as it help you to releave stress and help keep your eyes health. I have really enjoyed using this app and will continue to do so from now on thank you for giving us computer programmers something to releave stress and help with our eyes. Im use to the physical exercises, doesn't mean I do them like I should so this app is helpful and as for one of the eye exercises(pencil eye focus/I used my finger), I didn't expect immediate strength and awareness of how it helps the eyes, by the time I counted 10 it didn't bother and my eyes were focused better. I will be telling my Fiancé about this app bc his eyes are in need of strengthening asap!

These are really simple, refreshing exercises! Good for a nice break between clients! I get so stiff sitting all day, so these are great! I have arthritis and these are quite comfortable for me.

These are great oxygen flowing stretches. I love that the eyes are included and from studies I've read the ones here are very effective. The only change would be to add an alarm to remind you every 45 minutes.
