DroidProp for Android
This app does a great job of hiding the complexities of propagation prediction behind a good, easy to use user interface. A few suggestions to make it even better: add touch capability to graphs with cross hair to show exact x and y graph values for where you are touching, add the ability to name the predictions, allow locations to be chosen without necessarily being saved (without having to be added first).
Did nothing, only let's you input TX/RX , then nothing, good thing it was free
I haven't benchmarked the accuracy but it seems to work great. Easy to use. More powerful than I expected from a free app.
Using Samsung 5 and the text on the time line and freq is to small and prg does not allow zoom
Very accurate, and simple to set up. Best propagation app I have used.
Pocket version of the best prediction software I've found. Really nice.
Great Prop app. multiple props! bands&direction.
Good app if you know how to use it.
Love it!
Absolutely amazing! Such a joy to use. Lets you keep a list of your favorite paths on main startup page. Auto save confused me at first, but now it makes sense and is fast and simple. One very minor issue, on first program run after phone (HTC) reboot, the SSN data is wrong until you manually refresh it from the menu.
I am a new Ham. How am I supposed to understand what the charts tell me? No labels for left side and bottom of chart. The elmer system is dead. Many of us learn by internet. Don't assume we have been taught a single thing, and don't insult us for not knowing.
Finally got it working. Need to add a few sites & it all starts making sense. Now for the proof of real HF communication. Thanks
User Interface. How do I enter grid square as a location?
Get it or loose out.

Have not start it and it asked for rating
Hopefully its cool apps
I've been using the browser version of VOACAP for a year and that's great for a computer screen, but not for my Note 4. This app sees the browser version and raises it substantially. This provides more info than does the browser version and it can go places my computer can't...wonderful for portable ops.
Represented actual conditions on those paths and times that I tried it, but didn't test exhaustively.
We'll that's better
Nice app
Cool
Wonderful app! A basic working knowledge of prop charts is needed, remember 3 things app does 3-30 mhz, 24 hours in a day and 0-100* chance prop is gonna go were you want. Naysayers need to pay attention a bit and use a bit of common working knowledge of the hobby. Dont expect the electronics to do it all. Good job devs d/l and using app in under 5 minutes
Very useful propagation tool! I set up two windows - one for "here" to "there" and one for "there" to "here" so I can get a feel for propagation prospects both directions.
User friendly
A great app which I have been using for a number of years. Easy to use and easy to understand. A real essential if you use HF as a shortwave listener or for transmission. Thank you. G3PSR
Great program, really helps me to understand HF propagation paths.
Great app
Does the job
Nothing happens
Does what it says
I use VOACAP on PC so I understand the basics here. Would be a lot more powerful if more antenna types were available, I use NVIS, no NVIS antennas included. Maybe a help button for newcomers, also manually add sunspot number if you are predicting propagation for a future date, not for today.
I found the user interface a little opaque at first, but I'm a bit new to Android. In any case, poking a fingertip at different spots on the screen soon revealed all.
Excellent tool for HF propagation. Please add option to create sites based on lat, long. Please add distance and bearing to receive site for directional antennas. Please make SSN visible. Please add option to forecast a week or month out. Excellent work.
Simply won't get past setup Removed.
Complete waste of time on nexus 7 tablet does not work at all
My lengthy review got accidentally deleted! I'll rewrite another day.
Does not give a description of what the scales of the graphs mean. Does not explain the color-coding of the data. Attempted to describe graphs overall, but useless without scale information. Also, what are the units of the scales? Numbers could mean: Day-of-Month,% of X, Frequency-in-MHz, -db (db down), but can't tell what is what.
Needs an instruction manual. Just sits there and does absolutely nothing. Removed after two frustrating hours.
