I m fairly certain this app has some sort of malware/spyware. There is absolutely no reason why it should occupy as much CPU resources and battery power as it does. This "app" is just a map of the Taipei MRT with fundamentally basic station change information, any idiot can figure it out by looking at any MRT map. You don't need this app.
