DVB-T Driver

This driver is required by some TV player apps to access USB TV tuners. In order to watch TV, you need to have both the driver and a TV player app installed at the same.

**NOTE**: At the moment there are no TV player apps available, so the driver is only useful for developers.

Supported devices:
- RTL2832 with R820T tuner
- RTL2832 with FC0012 tuner
- RTL2832 with FC0013 tuner
- RTL2832 with E4000 tuner
- RTL2832 with R828D tuner (with DVB-T2 support)

The driver provides a diagnostic mode that allows recording DVB-T and DVB-T2 transport stream into a TS file. Recordings are stored on the external storage in the private directory of the app. Recordings need to be deleted manually.
