And the send email is the "submit" button.

I like that I can report something on the spot with a picture and email. Always get a response and the City takes care of it.

No submit button app is worthless if you can't submit the info to the city

I tried a few times to take a picture and it froze on a black screen. When I hit the back button I lost all of my text. It doesn't allow you to take a photo and go back to text section without losing everything. No way to take picture of the issue and then file complaint later. It forces you to input description then take picture at that moment using an account. You should be able to add photo from phone. No submit button or confirmation that it was sent either. So frustrated with app that I had to call.

You can take a picture or type a description BUT there is no "send" function. Duh!?

Ok... Where did the submit button go? Useless now.

Doesn't work

It doesn't work anymore. I tried indicating a failed traffic light just now and there was no "Submit" button. When I tried to take a photo (thinking I had to do that to make it work since that was the only button available-I already had left the area), it asked me to indicate which app to use to submit the photo, and "Riverside 311" was not one of them.

I'm glad I live in a city that goes with technology. It an awesome idea !!!!

App is broken. Take a picture and app crashes. Thanks City of Riverside for wasting my tax dollars... would be such an easy fix.

It's unfortunate this app is broken. If you look at the reviews, the positive comments are back in 2011. The app itself has not been updated since 2012. Subsequent changes in the Android operating system have caused this App to stop working. It's even more unfortunate that the City is aware of this issue and still pushes it on their webpage.

Love the idea behind this app. Up until recently it worked great. Something is wrong with the GPS feature as the app FC's after taking a picture. On VZN Samsung Nexus, latest OS update.

Removed and reinstalled. Still broken. Hangs up after picture.

Responses are forms letters. No real info. No sense of having reached a human.

Used this app twice now...city replied quickly to my request and took care of the issues.
