GreenP Toronto makes it extremely easy to find Green P Parking spots in Toronto, Canada. It contains 500+ Parking Spots (includes Street Parking as well). The App works without data connection (Street View and Get Direction are not available without data connection).
Features of the Application:
1. List Parking Spots near you (Sort by distance or price).
2. View in Maps all the Parking Spots near your location.
3. Add Frequently used Parking Spots to Favorites.
4. Search for Parking Spots near a Street.
5. Get Direction to any Location.
6. Get a Street View of any parking Spot.
5. Set up a Parking Timer, and it will send you a notification before your timer expires.

My thanks go to the developers for designing this much-needed app. That said, it would be considerably more useful if it didn't require a complete GPS lock to the be functional, particularly as this can be difficult to achieve in the core, or indoors before planning a trip. A coarse location lock would be much faster, and should be more than enough to get a sense of which lots are around.
