Orfox: Tor Browser for Android

Why can't we screenshot while using the browser? Just wondering if you guys could add an option to enable and disable that feature. Would be pretty cool, but other than that this browser is great. Keep up the work my dudes :)

Hi team, I like this app but I am not able to use it since I downloaded it.As it asks for captcha which never loads and even after reloading the page as suggested , captcha never comes up. Please suggest me how to proceed.

Kept crashing every time I tried to run it through OrBot. I don't understand, I've tried everything possible. No point in having either if I can't get them to work.

Why did you have to change the browser there was nothing wrong with it. I have installed no script but it isn't working. I never had this problem before this last update?!? I am not happy with that. Please fix this?¿?¿?

The concept is excellent, but I can't access anything beyond thd google homepage. After that, I get a request to enter a Captcha code based on "unusual traffic", but the code doesn't show up. Shame really.

This app doesn't work. I use Torbot then this app as browser. Capcha requests all the time and then when complete the task the page doesn't open. Also most of time I wait and wait and wait and never connect to a webpage. Using another app now. Please update so I can use this again.

It was phenomenal until the most recent update. No matter what site I go to, all that shows up is a white screen. It shows that the page loaded when I look at all tabs, but nothing pops up.

Loved it till the last update. Crashes at launch. I tried clearing cache but that didn't help. Yeah, my favorite app is fixed and running again. Bumped my one star to five.

The new Orfox Settings menu item is displayed on my Nexus 6P, but not my Nexus 7. Both devices are running Android 7.1.2, but the Nexus 7 has an AOSP build. Also, NoScrpt doesn't show its list of menu items on AOSP build. Uninstalled and used F-Droid to install previous version on the Nexus 7.

It's a good browser, but the last couple days Everytime I go to do anything when I turn it on it just gives an error message and a captcha but the cap doesn't show so I can't enter it to show I'm not a robot.

I love the app but im sad that i can't complete any CAPTCHA on it. I hope that the team finds out whats causing this problem and fixes it.

I don't know why but the browser keeps crashing no matter what. Cleared cache and data. Tried previous versions too. But when it work it worked fine.

Websites don't work properly using this. Considering that's a browser's main function it's a huge problem. Good idea just needs work or more information on how to get working correctly.

Good one! For some reason is installed by default on SD card as expected running 6.0 but the app is erased after phone reboot.

Before update when I login to some sites and click on item or link it send me to private tab and show link or item. But know when I login to sites and click on links or item it send me to back to login in un private tab. Please change back to how it was or fix it ASAP.

You NEED this in your life if you care even a little about your digital privacy. It's perfect for keeping my browsing behavior out of the eyes of my ISP and any other three letter agency who has no business monitoring what websites I visit. My only complaint is that the scrolling could use improvement, although I'm not sure if the jittery experience is inherited from Mozilla Firefox proper.

Works perfectly, another great program from the Tor Project, Thanks guys and gals, you never fail to impress, anyone dissing this programme isn't doing something right!

Can't take screenshots, at least provide option to turn on or off, choice = 5 star

Works great but please add the ability to re enable screenshots. It may be for security reasons but it could be disabled afterwards

It keeps making me do a captcha. The captcha doesn't load properly for some reason every time. Why is this?

Why haven't I seen any updates on this app. It's like been forever, and is it even secured now?

Installed this morning to use as an alternate browser for Firefox. Could not open any site. It shows error "The proxy server is refusing connection". Uninstalling now.

So slow and duckduckgo (default search) is poor. Doesn't even do images. I get it's about privacy but it's near unusable by today's standards. Keeps freezing, companies freak out when you try to log in and you have to go through extra security which is annoying. You can't screenshot when you're in the browser. Honestly I might as well just quit the internet if this is what i have to put up with.

Very slow connection and it doesnt allow me to browse the web..google always say thete is unusual traffic in my server. Pls help it be fixed! Thanks

It works well on my SM-G935V. Can I change my exit node through the app like I can on my computer's?

Has stopped working. Pages don't load. Stays at a blank tab. Needs fixed ASAP.

I can't zoom it but I already enabled the Always enable zoom please fix it ASAP.

I like it, it's all well and good, its just a bit outdated, so the recapcha for .some sites. doesn't work.

Cant enable media plugins. Keeps disabling

cant figure out how to set download directory to the sd card. did a 100+mb d/l and the file never appeared on my phone after reaching 100% after a 2 hour download!

Nice idea, but... NoScript (NSA) = Abandonware... Firefox store id's orfox as version 38, can't install current add-ons... How can i configure real firefox to work with orbot

Completely useless. Asks for image capture and then you have to copy and paste a code to a box but there's no button to submit it so basically you can't go anywhere.
