About Australian Birds Guide
A field guide to Australian Birds based on the Gaia Guide website (http://gaiaguide.info/) that can be used without an Internet connection. The app. supports rapid identification based upon location, type, colour and size.
Easily use the app to capture records and document them with photos or song recordings. Upload your records to the Gaia Guide web site to preserve your personal list of records.
All users of this app are welcome to contribute to the quality of the app. If you have photos or information on species that would improve the usefulness of this app. please consider adding it via the Gaia Guide website (http://gaiaguide.info/). Photos and audio recordings that accompany your records can also be added to species descriptions via the website.
"Australian Birds" uses large amounts of distribution data to provide location search and distribution mapping functions. That data can take a few minutes to load into the app database tables. Until fully loaded, the location search and distribution map functionality will be limited.
This release addresses the data download/installation issues encountered by some users with version 5.35.

Just a small point about Sand Plovers in this great App. The Lesser has a small bill, not a relatively large one. And perhaps you could edit the description of the Greater to be more focussed on Australia rather than Europe?
