E-FCON Führerscheinkontrolle

Entwicklungsziel war......geringster Aufwand bei der Erstdatenerfassung und Regelkontrollen, keine zusätzliche Fremdhardware für die Prüfstationen, keine Investition, keine Installation. E-FCON ist eine Smartphone-App in Verbindung mit einer Webapplikation zur Elektronischen Führerscheinkontrolle. Über die Smartphone-App wird im Rahmen einer "Selbstkontrolle" durch einen Scan des holografischen Sicherheitssiegel überprüft, ob der Führer des Dienstwagens physikalisch noch über seinen Original Führerschein verfügt. Während des automatisierten Prozesses, der nur wenige Sekunden dauert, wird auch ein Foto vom Führerschein in Ihrer Datenbank abgelegt.

E-FCON informiert Ihre Mitarbeiter vollautomatisch per Email/SMS über die anstehende Überprüfung. Die Überprüfung erfolgt via Internet und wird elektronisch in Echtzeit dokumentiert.

Der Fuhrparkverantwortliche wird systemseitig informiert, wenn die fällige Prüfung nicht stattgefunden hat und sendet an den Mitarbeiter eine Einladung zur persönlichen Vorlage.

Über die Webapplikation, die für autorisierte User (Fuhrparkverantwortlicher + Assistenten) zur Verfügung steht, können alle Daten administriert, sowie Berichte und Statistiken abgerufen werden.
