Puebla Ciudad Digital es una aplicación del Ayuntamiento de Puebla Capital para que los poblanos puedan realizar reportes en tiempo real y directamente desde la calle al Sistema de atención ciudadana de la comuna.

Nuestro ayuntamiento propone este servicio como resultado de la evolución natural del gobierno electrónico o digital hacia lo que nosotros llamamos sGov o “gobierno de servicios” donde el centro es el ciudadano, donde los municipios escuchan y responden en tiempo real en un marco de colaboración en red. Esto nos permite reducir considerablemente el tiempo y cantidad de los reclamos, así como mejorar la calidad de los mismos.

Puebla Digital City is an application of the Capital City of Puebla Puebla that can perform real-time reports directly from the street and the Citizen Information System of the commune.
