Bait and switch they lied when they said all the look ups were for free ,,all the way through they make you wait so they can go through their "compiled" records and right when you think you 'll get the report they hit ya with" which way do you want to make your payment"crap all nothing but crap don't want your time and they say Law enforcement uses this app then the cops are arresting the wrong people or nobody at all

The Black Book gives the researcher a wealth of accurate intelligence. It informs if tour neighbour has been a sexual predator, GBH, porn star, criminal convictions and if they have any previous jail sentences. Perfect, to know who lives nearby, and if you need to be particularly vigilant and can feel rest assured that a backing order of arrest would be imminent if they act threatening or breach the set release terms. Limitless history, alias are also added, and any change of name.

So far it's been the easiest and only free way to access all these different records besides going through the site indexes of all local government sites, which is a pain. Good job.

I hang around the crazies in my small town and the people i searched i know for a fact have SOME record. if this app cant tell me what i can learn from the newspaper its trash

All this app does is provide websites that may *or may not* have info on the individual whose name you searched. This is something that I have to imagine every1 can easily do without downloading an app. I am looking to find info that IS NOT easily obtained via my own research, hence the reason I would seek assistance.

This is a total piece of crap. Complete BS they run you back and forth while they "check" public records. When you finally get to the end they try to get you to buy a report, nothing free. Worst of all they ask questions they say to narrow the search but really they are gathering your info to add to their database. Wish I could give negative stars. Avoid this app.
