5.0以下ではセキュリティアップデートされたランタイムが対応していない為、サムネイルが表示されません。

「Storage Access Framework」の「最近」や「ドライブ」等からのファイル選択が可能です。

当アプリは旧Android画像アップローダの更新版です。
そのため、以前のアプリでアップロードしていた場合、最初から「ファイル管理モード」へ表示されます。

・ネットワークへのフルアクセス：アップロード等に必要な為
・システムレベルの警告の表示：メッセージ表示に利用する為
