File transfer by Infinit

I like the interface , it is fast and easy to use. However there are two things I don't like. When you send a file to someone's email, it ends up in a Spam folder. And also when I want to open the received file from my phone, it takes me to the app store to download the app. I prefer getting a download link without having to install the app on my phone. That's not the case when you open a file on your Mac , it takes you to the download link.

Poor interface. Can't send folders from Mobile to PC. Don't count number when sending multiple files so user can know how much files have been selected. All files in File Selection menu are mixed up. There should be separate categories to select like: videos, pictures, apps, documents to easily navigate. very poorly made.

I tried many file sharing apps, only to end up extremely frustrated. Either they didn't work or they were very difficult to use. Infinit saved me from having to go homicidal and destroy my phone and tablet. I would give this app ask the stars if I could. Thank you so much.

Between my tablet, phone, and PC, Infinit is the perfect medium for quick and easy file transfers. If I had a tablet that supported USB, I would have used that for similar results. However there have been a few times where I'm far away from my PC, and have been able to quickly transfer a movie from my phone or tablet to my media library so the people at home can stream it. It's seamless, fast, and I haven't found a single flaw yet. Thanks Infiniti!

I champion this as the go-to app for sending files to friends and your other devices; it's easier than BitTorrent Sync (although they're different beasts, really, for different things) and a lot better than Dropbox (e.g. no speed issues). Brilliant. I use it on OS X, Windows and Android without issues.

The only problem is that this app only allows the sending of photos and videos. Those aren't the only kinds of files I need to send from my phone. In fact, the Infinit folks shouldn't worry about what type of file I'm sending. There's no reason the phone app has file type restrictions.

It keeps crashing every time I try to send files now. Getting real tired of this. It's been doing this all freaking day

I have awful WiFi but this sends 100Mb in a couple of minutes where others take ages. An option to choose a save location would be good, to direct music, video etc to exactly where it needs to be.

Takes the hassle off with regards to just uploading to a cloud platform. It pairs with my pc and other devices effortlessly . I Don't have any complaints as of now

1)It looks like file transmission is not resumed if internet connexion drops and returns later. I tried transfer large files (350 mb), from cel to laptop overnight never completed. 2) can not wipe transfer list. 3) can not differentiate between my own devices. 4) it does not have a % of time or data to complete.5) It seems to depend on network to just start. It takes a long time to open if slow or no network available, to the point that it crashes. 6) Not signing in. Software bug.

Woderfull app. Only problem i had was in trying to transfer something off my external sd card to people which just crashes without a useful error message.

Does NOT allow you to change you device name or avatar picture. installed 10 min ago and already found two bugs. For now, 2 stars, which is a shame because in the discretion looks a very usefull app.

Infinit has "knocked it out of the park" for those needing large file format file sharing. Great job and never go out of business please!

Whenever I needed to send bigger files (ie a 15 minute video) I would either have to use a USB (which isn't always an option) or upload to a cloud service and send a link from there (inconvenient). This is a super easy way to send files straight from your computer to anyone. Highly recommended

This is the app I've been waiting for. Using it for the first time is not super super easy, but easy enough for tech savvy peeps. Thank you for making this product. I would have paid for it if I knew it was this useful :)

Works best of top six apps I tried. Now just need to fix it so the thumbnails are in the proper orientation. Once the thumbs are mis-oriented they cannot be fixed in subsequent photo apps.

When the two devices are connected to the same network, they should be able to transfer files even without a working internet connection. Currently the app doesn't even open if there's no internet, though the device has WiFi.

Great app but can't change android download folder and not much room on internal storage. Got option to change it but won't work.

Infinit is such an easy to use file transfer app. It's very well integrated into the Android platform and super simple to use. I use it as the main method of getting stuff from and to my SD card, so I don't have to mess about with cables or unmounting.

Linux desktop application shows notification of incoming files, but either they're not getting downloaded or I can't figure out where to. Desktop application just launches with tray icon after login (which I assume is normal). "Send files" asks to pick a file after which it appears to do nothing with it, "Show dock" does absolutely nothing. Application output (n means newline as I know the dev console strips those); [ elle.CrashReporter ] elle::signal::SyncImpl(0x25534f0): impossible set handler for SIGKILLn libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profilen This second line is repeated several times. Looks promising, but for now at least doesn't work.

I dnt give 5 stars alot. Bt this one deserves it. More storage than droid , faster than droid , easier than droid. Whatelse u need ? Its best in market!

I love the app, but how come i cannot customize my contacts? Its a pain in the ass and i think, has to be delt with.

It shows thousands of pictures, how can I supposed to find the file? I know its location but I have to look at these files one by one, it will literally takes an hour to send a file.

Most of the issues found in earlier versions have been solved. The app is now actually pretty good. Thanks

I'm using this app because I didn't want to install chrome on my macbook. Safari is the one that I'm using right now.There are some improvements that could be done in this app such as uploading speed.Pushbullet was a bit faster than this app.

The app justifies its purpose which is to transfer files over networks. Highly recommend it for your simple backup routines. Good piece of job.

Works very well, just need some upgrades, links generator like the Desktop app, and for premium accounts the option to add password to links, also improve the speed when the phone or pc are in the same wifi or network connection, and great work, nice app.

App keeps crashing on my Note 5. Now i totally cannot.use it. On my other devices it works superbly.

Tried airdroid airmore airstream xender join shareit send anywhere etc, nothing works as stable as this one! Good job!

I've has this for 1 month, I usually use Dropbox to send file through my pc to my phone but this is much much better. I am really happy I download it :)

Crashes when transferring from Google photos. Otherwise very useful

The only thing that would make this better is if the notifications on the desktop stayed until dismissed

Its ok. As the data transfer stops as soon as the screen is turned off so to ensure large data transfer keep the screen on.

This is exactly what I wanted. Hassle free cross-device transfer s, no need for scanning QR code everytime and no limits on transferring. Best of luck to its developers for the apps they make in future. :D

Why we need to open app for sending files. Why i don't automatically start receiving files on phone.
