About XC Guide
XC_Guide is designed to help free flight pilots keep track of fellow pilots using live tracking information from various sources. Alongside a basic flight computer, the direction to other pilots is shown by an arrow and an image of their wing. A moving map can also show restricted airspace nearby.
Pilots can use a variety of different live tracking systems, including;
Livetrack24
FlyMaster
SPOT
Garmin inReach
The TRACKER APP (by SMS)
Flymaster varios (by SMS)
Detailed help is provided by the APP, with a long-press of the Help "?" button.
Note: Because this is intended as a flying instrument, a 'long-press' is also required on the config and map buttons. This is so they don't accidentally get hit by your harness etc.
