Pro: its good that you don't have to be online to generate pdf invoice. The software looks fancy. Cons: keeps crashing upon start!!! A. The app must number invoices. After so many we can't keep track of numbers B. The balance sheet is the simplest form of any software. The app must keep track of debit and credits. C. The note section need to appear on the invoice. If you want people to pay$7 then above points must be addressed
But please make feature of adding new stock to my products and please make records of old and new stock...
When you save the files and want to restored them it does not work, also doesn't allowed you to transfer the information if you upgrade phones. You have to entered all of you customer accounts and item list all over again, I hope they fix this.

I already bought this for my business, but hope you could add option for the quantity since my products are based on weight/kilograms and not per quantity/unit and can you also add security like password on your app., confidential informations of business are not secured.

Developer, maybe getting a real job is your kryptonite because You stink at this one. UPDATE 10/20/13: The developer contacts me and assures me that most of these features will be added unto another app which will work well with this one. I dont want to leave an app to go into another to find out what my profits and loss are after entering expenses that should be intuitively added into a single app just as other developers have done. Smart App
Not so great coz the inventory and sales are not working in sync that makes it time consuming.im quite disappointed about it. Ill give another star if once "sales" was entered, the inventory will automatically decrease as well. Another thing is, under transactions, i need to manually look for the item by clicking the categories then browse all the items under it. Adding a search bar will be of great help. this app needs improvement.
The application is really fun to play with and awesome to look at, however, I need the profit per item or the app is a waste of money. This would be the ultimate app if you incorporate profit in the software.
I am looking for something to track and maintain an inventory log in multiple locations, with s/n barcodes, that I can export and transfer inventory records in a daily basis

In May 2014, I gave 5 stars, providing team with notable flaws, a few suggestions for improvement, expecting changes to a few flaws. Now, it is Oct 2014 and not a single update. Example of flaws: multi-page reports list each page as no. 1, minor problem with report categories and related totals. As others have stated, needs more work, e.g., balance sheets, income statements would be great improvements, but it does have a robust reporting system that provides the data necessary to construct specific reports outside the app. But, even with these flaws/issues, it is the best Android Inventory/Expense Tracking App that I have found for my business. I must ask, IS THIS APP STILL BEING SUPPORTED?
Great start, needs balance sheet! Also more options for customization thoughout. Add balance sheet and I will update stars, app kinda pointless without being able to view expenses vs income side by side.

I own a small business. The reason I am giving 3 stars is that entering a sale does not deplete inventory, which I then have to manually do. This app had amazing potential! Also disappointed to not have Inventory Centers like in myStock. That was a huge point for me as I have inventory at different buildings with different people managing them.
Is a VERY good program but is very limited compared to what I have used through ITUNES...could be great if it allowed user to input different fields, needs a "search" field to find entered products with ease, would be great to add more than one photo to product listings, ability to change product code, and add date of purchase!!!
This app has fantastic potential but so far I have spotted 3 glaring faults. Firstly, even though I adjusted the date to the British format of day, month & year, it still displays the American format of year, month & day. Secondly, it does not automatically minus stock when items are sold. Thirdly, invoice numbers should automatically change sequentially or an option should be given. As an afterthought, settings should allow adding or deleting aspects of the invoice details with ability to add or remove things like credit limit & balance or removing discount tag etc. Incorporate these things and this would be the ultimate mobile business app.
Im a business owner and i purchased the app to simplify my invoice process. I can't find any instructions to help with the invoice. The app seems to be ok.
I use this app now for inventory control. Which is very straight forward and simple.. I just wish there was a server version to link multiple devices together to view all devices' inventories from one central location. . Good work guys. .keep it up.

I really like this app. It is just what I was looking for. It is easy to use and tracks my inventory for my small business. I use it primarily for my top 100 items, but it could be used for the entire store. This app is worth buying.
Very useful. Quotes tool with pdf invoices is really great.
This app let's me be totally mobile. As a salesman I just send my reports to the office by emailing the PDF output. This really complements Google docs and drop box. Virtual office...awesome.
