Vectir PC Remote Control

Had this for a while using android phone and Windows laptop. Most of it worked but could never use the iTunes function as it always said iTunes plug in was not installed, even when it was. Tech support had a long conversation with me but couldn't resolve the issue. Then one day it just worked and continued to work until I changed my phone. Again reverting to iTunes plug in not installed on my new phone. However, this recent update seems to have fixed the issue. At last you get my 5 star rating. Please don't mess it up

I salute the developers for building this unparallelled and undefeated application. What an amazing application!!! I can't just use my computer without using this important software. I even connect it to my android device even if I've no use for it at the time. Hahahaa I'm addicted big time. I entreat all to use it and enjoy the enormous benefits it provides.

I love the app its awesome. If the kids dont want to get off both computer's when i tell them to i can shut the pc down and or lock both computer's up and they have no choice to get off of them ......so hands down best damn app for remote PC from your cell . Thank you for Makin this app ......a happy father

Hey. I really enjoy this app, but there is a few things that I'd like to see. I'd like to see more theme settings left to the user, so the remote designer just creates the layout, and the user can decide if he/she wants it to look like a (dated) metal theme or a fresh light material design. Another thing I'd like to see is the ability to send commands over Tasker.

After upgrading server to 4.1, everything stopped working =( Had to downgrade to 4.0. WinXP SP3

Did work for a while but now and for the last few weeks it will not connect

Installed easily on both my Android phone and tablet.... iOS version also works as well.... Overall great application... Works with latest Windows 10..... Awesome...

Buggy, fix a problem when it starts continuously send commands to pc after lock screen

Been using it for years. It's a staple when using Winamp and VLC for me. Setting a remote by IP Address isn't always reliable unless you set a static IP, but I love its overall flexibility.

Exactly what I needed

Well worth the $$. I watch all media through my PC and it is wonderful to be able to control most media and PC functions from my couch or even shut my PC down from the next room.

Best remote control app ever

Wow this one really works. Only slight problems are the latency on screen refresh and the occasional dropping of network connection via bluetooth. But this maybe my system. I use this when setting up computer control of sound and light in small theatres. Really useful when setting up the rig away from the computer and need to test out cues

This could be a stunning app. Best I've found. Easy peasy to install and setup. But vlc remote takes so long to refresh sometimes, and connection can be a little sketchy so I paid for the full version and still having these issues. It could just be my computer wifi though.

If you are just going to run the individual remotes then this gets 5 stars. If however you are going to code your own remotes then i award only give it 3 stars. Why, because of the poor documentation. I coded remotes for HDHomeRun View and NextPVR. The documentation is pretty poor when it comes to writing your own remotes.

I searched around for a pc remote and nothing i found so far compares to all of the features packed into this amazing app. I havent come across any issues since i have been using it and i keep coming across more setting and functions that really make this app 5 stars. Its exactly what i needed to have my computer hooked up to my tv and have full control right from my device. Loads of features, mouse nd keyboard use is smooth. This app gives u full control of your pc, nd its layout is awesome.

Very good app. The only problem is when you lock th pc the controls don't work any more therefore you have to unlock it manualy. And minor issues when mouse is litle bit jumpy but other than that it works like a charm.

I use it primarily to run Netflix on my TV through my laptop and an HDMI cable, and occasionally some Web browsing. I use the Bluetooth interface as the laptop's WiFi is connected to my home WiFi. There doesn't seem to be anything (so far) that I need from it that it can't do, but the mouse cursor seems to be perpetually choppy and laggy. Luckily I'm not doing anything time sensitive on it, such as gaming. If there's a way to correct this issue, I'll increase my rating to a full 5 stars.
