In the ancient East, many energy practices have arisen, the most famous of which today are Yoga and Pranayama (from ancient India) and Taijiquan (from ancient China).
In ancient Tibet, recognized as one of the spiritual centers of the East, a unique version of the energy practice was developed to increase the energy potential, health, and rejuvenation – 'Five Tibetan Rites', also called Tibetan Yoga.
Tibetan Yoga is based on ancient Tibetan representations that the basis of the human energy structure consists of a plurality of power centers – energy vortexes.
The strength and speed of rotation of these energy vortexes determine the energy potential of a person and, ultimately, the level of their energy and health.
In the opinion of ancient Tibetans, the shortest path to the restoration of health and energy is the acceleration of the rotation of energy vortexes, with the help of the special exercises of Tibetan Yoga.
These vortexes revolve at great speed. When one or more of them slow down, old age, loss of power, or senility begins to set in almost immediately. The quickest way to regain health, youth, and vitality is to start these magnetic centers spinning again.
Tibetan Yoga contains the five practices that will do this. Any one of them, especially the first, will be helpful, but all five are usually required to get optimal results. These five exercises are really not exercises at all, in the physical culture sense, but are thought of by the Lamas as 'Rites'.
The indisputable fact remains noted by many people who practice this technique – a rapid increase in energy levels, a feeling of health, and rejuvenation.
The Five Tibetan Rites are not a secret, and they are quite popular on the European continent.
Many Hollywood stars think of these Rites as a Tibetan exercise for weight loss. This is only partly true. The main goal of the Five Tibetan Rites is healing and rejuvenation of the body, through impact on the physical and the energy bodies.
One of the advantages of this technique is the simplicity of its performance. This series consists of five basic exercises. The maximum number of repetitions of exercises is 21. In general, Tibetan Yoga takes about 20 minutes to complete. This is a small price for health, vitality, and longevity.
