Zeta for Employees

Like the user interface and security features. Needs better handling of network problems. I once had a transaction failed because of network issue, then got charged after five minutes. The error message I got conveyed zeta failed to charge, which is why I went ahead with paying through other means.

When will you refund my money for failed transaction? Rs 999.50 debited from my bank account but not loaded on zeta. Where is money? Provide me RRN for the refund. Why u r not replying to my complaint? Lodged request long ago but no reply. Refund asap.

Though the transactions failed, money got deducted from the account. Contacted the customer care but issue doesn't get resolved. I've already registered a complaint and yet my issue doesn't get resolved.

Much better to have plastic points instead of paper coupons, accepted widely as a normal card. Using the app without card is an added benefit. Just a few teething issues, payment failures are quite frequent

Worst banking service! Therefore worst app on the way! Hated it to the core. Not receiving OTP's while paying on hunger box. Both are really cheap apps.

Such a pain. App dont work properly, vendors not accepting the card.. Don't know why the company shifted to this app and card! Now all if a sudden Sodexo looks better.

Had some issues with the earlier version. Now it seems to be fixed. It'd have been great if transferring meal coupons among friends was allowed/made available

Very bad experience with the zeta card provided by Sodexo..the card is not accepted in most of the outlets.. downtime during lunch hours defeats the purpose of using this card

Customer service of this is app is really rubbish. I suggest none of the companies go with this.

I'm unable to view the uploaded bills images. Doesn't fetch the image for any record purpose. Rest everything is fine.

Enrollment issue: Not able to register the Sodexo plastic card with this app. 11/10/2017 Another update but still the app remains useless. Not able to activate the Sodexo card.

It failed to pay many a times. Not sure if I would like to continue

Would be great if u could add rotate image option under upload bills. Plus, on receiving gift voucher, we get the notification in app n message but d gift voucher value is not getting updated to the cards list. Too many recent bugs...please fix

What a pain having this app. It is not working at all. In cafeteria, More and other stores it declined. I raised this issue in company and on zeta support but don't get satisfactory answer.

Need better performance.. I had a payment failure issue today.. Payed through other means..

I had to give 1 star as there are no negative ratings. This is accepted in very rare restaurants. Not sure why our company has chosen this.

On 12/10/2017 around 9 pm, I could no add money to my cash card via my banks debit card. But I could swipe the zeta card at merchant terminal without any trouble. Kindly check the issue. Zeta app was updated before this.

I don't understand why the app requires location details whenever payment is to be made. It's annoying each time the app asks for location whenever you pay

The app works great. It's just I don't know why they removed separate tab for cards. It was so convinient to access cards with that.

Bad customer service. No reply when you call them. Chat support not working. Don't know how much money is credited. Wrost app

Not that much use full....getting bank not responding error when I use in some or the other ...super markets for food items.

Currently zeta is not allowing add money to wallet via credit card. So it is not very useful app.

I am unable to login through app. Mobile OTP is not capturing propely. Already I have registered through web.

Nice options of uploading bills and getting refund for all the food spend wherever card can't be accepted.

Post Recent update ,app says " profile update unsuccessful " while app doesn't start.

No one accepts Zeta.. it's waste . Sodexo is accepted everywhere & Zeta is accepted nowhere . Useless

cant make payment online in zomato or swiggy.. probably it needs card details.. why give option for swiggy etc when cant pay directly from zeta wallet.. stupid app

You are always experiencing technical issues. You want location services even though I have not enabled that location based security. Poor programming

i had better experience when this app was just named as "zeta" and not "zeta for employees".. i lost my money after this update. i don't get any response from support team as well.
