Not only just a model for conflict but in fact, an excellent model for conflict resolution. Interpersonal skills, business principals and "tactics," and honorable/respectable self conduct. Great all-around principal's laid-out.

I have to change the font size and theme every time I open the app. It does not save these preferences and opens with the default.

Android 3.1 Tablet - I always disliked versions of "The Art of War" that had a lot of comments, prologues, explainations and so forth. I really hate versions that equate the work to business! My favorite paper copy is a pocket guide: and this is what that is. Just the words of Sun Tzu. Bravo to Zendroid!!
