Cake & flower delivery

Awsme....!!! I ordered a cake and bouquet with a mid night delivery and paid the amount online itslef..I was very much worried wat if the order doesnt gt delivered... I called up the customer care service 3 times as I did not get any updates and did not know whom to contact as there are no outlets.. they responded patiently asking me not be worried.. however for the mid night delivery I got the order delivered at 11 15 pm which was gud enough.. m v.happy and satisfied with the service thank u..

Im lokesh Valentines day i have ordered bookey for my wife to do surprise but they not delivered. Next day i did phone to them why you not drlivered bookey they answered we forgot and also told your money we give back to your account. 16 th night without information they sended bookey. They are irresponsible people and frod

I ordered a cake and a bouquet on 21 Nov 2016 for delivery on 23 Nov 2016 to surprise my wife. However its 4 PM now and it has not been delivered yet. Let's see they able to deliver it today or not. If you guys not able to deliver the orders on time please don't take orders and don't make fool of customer.

Its 3:48 AM now and i didnt have any detail about my order's delivery, it is delivered or not. I cann't contact the one for which i have ordered this so i ab unable to know what is going on. If it is not delivered by time you should return our money. And if not, i live in PTS colony i'll look the rest. Its annoying.

Today i have got update from the winni team that, how ever if they fail to deliver the money will not be refunded. Such a worst application Dear google kindly remove this cheating application from play store. They are not delivering the ordered items and they don't return money as well.. worst application in the play store.

I hate this app.. this app making fool to peoples ... I ordered combo pack of cake n flowers n amount is debited from my account but still the order status is awaiting payment confirmation.. can u explain where is my money? Can u plzz cancel this order n send my.money back to.my account

We have ordered many cakes before from you and had no issues. This is the first time that we felt cheated by you and your product. It was not the cake we saw online that was delivered. We expected to make our special day special through your cake. But it spoilt our joy of the day. It was not worth the money we paid. The cake that was sent was worth of 400 rs which is available in our house surroundings. It was just a normal sponge cake with the topping of ground nuts only. For Which I paid 1800 Rs. Please look into this issue.

I have ordered a cake for birthday day party. Promise was they will deliver within 8 pm but finally got the cake around 10 pm. Our celebration mood got spoiled.Now team of this app will say sorry but they don't have any other fu...ing answer. This is worse app I have used till now. Google play should remove this app from their store. No body should download this app.

This is just one of those things which looks so great on the outside but is next to nothing when it comes to living upto it! Had a horrible experience. I was promised that it'll be delivered at around 5pm but guess what, they couldn't until the next day. Totally spoilt a special day!!

Worst service by these people I had ordered a combo of flower bouquet and cake. The cake which I ordered ws of black forest flavour and the one which my grandpa received on their bdy ws simple chocolate flavour. Even the flower bouquets delivered was of third class quality having no matching with the one showed . Please do improve ur services

Worst service ever. I orderd a death by chocolate cake on August 4 but they deliver a black forest. Will never recommend to anyone. Very disappointing. I paid 900 rs for that cake and they handed me a 600 rs cake. I hated the service. Don't order from this app it doesn't worth it.

i ordered cake and flowers on 23rd August, when i checked with them, they confirmed in morning also that they will deliver the order at 6pm by today, but in evening i received a mail that my order is cancelled. how can u person become so irresponsible and unprofessional.

Bad Experience. Orders are always late and customer care representatives are very rude. Wouldn't recommend at all. Please use other better services, The one star is because google play requires me to add it.

I have ordered birthday cake and dairy milk chocolates for my friends birthday. I encountered following service issue's 1. No birthday message was written on cake. 2. Cake was entirely different from what I ordered. 3. I paid Rs. 298 for 10 pc dairy milk chocolates but received 10 pc chocolates worth Rs. 10 each. Thanking you

While the initial launch happend before an year during that time all the cakes was around 350,was Quiet economical. Now i odered the same cake for Rs.599. I think these are business game shows. Which i think not good. People like me order at least one make per month. After the price hike I have totaly stoped wini.

Very bad experience. One of the worst presented online cakes delivered. 1) You had sent the card for happy anniversary when the selected event was congratulations. 2) The message on cake was no where to be seen. 3) The message on the card was not fully written, I don't know some innovative person wrote the card in a shorter version of what I had asked and changed the meaning all together. 4) A primary school kid would write in a better hand writing.

Worst flower delivery app. Please don't order. They should shut down their company and go home. You are dealing in flower delivery and you call the recepeint twenty times and make them wait for hours before delivery. Inefficient delivery team. Horrendous service. I wish I had never booked it from these guys. Delivery has still not happened but no point cancelling as it has already screwed the entire experience.

They are making fool to customers. Never use this app. They will take extra money from you but never complete your order as promised... Don't use it , money looting app.

Ordered cake and flower combo. Set it up for midnight delivery and paid for it. Got a call back saying it can't be delivered at midnight and money will be refunded only in WINNI wallet. So that money is gone since I'm not sure I'll be using their service again. Flowers were not arranged as shown in photo. Cake had nothing written on it even though I wrote what should be written on it. Disappointed. Very expensive but delivered product not up to the mark.

I ordered a cake and bouquet to surprise my husband in midnight. Winni team delivered the cake on time and cake was very yummy. But they din deliver birthday candles and knife. Also, delivery person called my husband and enquired route to deliver the cake and spoiled my surprise.

Worst app ever!!! I ordered for blueberry cake heart shaped and it was to be delivered after 11:30pm midnight. These guys took extra charges also and the cake they delivered was horrible!!!

They don't send exact weight of cake neither written sms on cake nor the same cake as shown in the image. Totally disappointed. not worth for money it at all. I supposed to do 10 to 15 cakes order together but I don't think so it's worth it.

I ordered first time from this app, ordered was timely delived n it's was same as displayed. Only thing marginal costly.

It really celebrates relations. Delivery was on time but the cake was totally different from the picture they showed. The handwriting of the message was weird and lots of spelling errors.

Website is offering midnight delivery but in actual cake delivered at 9PM only. Worst service.

Dear Team, It's really worst experience,delivery was on time but quality was so bad.Think of,on an birthday if I gift a worst cake to my husband.I had spent around 1900 rs.If I want normal flowers I would have bought in market itself,it was far far better than your delivered bouquet. Dnt sell that as bouquet.It contains 10 flowers and it is rubber banded is tat a bouquet?guys if you are unable to do that don't sell and make us to waste our money... Now I felt tat I would have bought better gift for this rate than urs.. Worst experience never ever happened......!!!!!!

Ordered a Blooming Pink Roses bunch for a friend. Paid 200 bucks xtra for Fixed delivery time. The guy was 30 min late. Ok. Understandable. Mumbai traffics.. But instead of pink roses my frnd got some jerbera flowers. When i mailed them ,they replied that roses were not available instead we have sent jerbera which are more costly.. And for late delivery we will return 200 on your app wallet. .I saw the pic on app. And yes didnt expect the same product. But atleast send the same flowers? It wasnt bout jerbera being more costly or anything. I ordered coz my frnd liked pink roses. Instead u send other flowers? And rply that they cost more so you shouldnt be complaining?

The cake i ordered was irish coffee cake. No doubt it was yummy and fresh. But the cake looked totally different from the one which showed in the picture. It looked just like a normal chocolate cake, so was a bit confused until i tasted it. Would request winni team to make sure to deliver the exact ones which they show in the pictures of their website.

The cake was different what they have shown and sent the worst and normal cake to my friend .It won't cost even 300 paid 1600 .The bad experience never choose this again

I have made a purchase with winni on 13 feb 2014. Sorry to say Delivery and customer service is worst than ever.. It was my first worst experience in online delvery services. I have orderd to someone and it delivered for some other. I clearly mention to the delivery boy, please wait for some time or pospone the delivery to 5 PM, (delivery time was shown in site stll upto 8 PM) he just hand over gifts to someone else and left. such a careless service. Further I made a call to customer service, ( continuously from 1.00 PM till 2.10 Pm) havnt got connected. Apart from that , I have also made payment to "capture the moment" service, 13 th feb , that also went on water. so , whomever thinking to order or especially make online payment please to this site, think twice , to avoid the nightmare caused to me. completely ruined the day..

Received a different cake than what I paid for. Waste of money.

They show something different and deliver something different..... Bad service.... Bad experience.

It's ok, not that bad. Service is little slow. But they specifically mentioned that they don't guarantee the same day delivery. Anyway overall it's satisfactory.

cheaters .. worst products delivered ,not worth money after writing email MD replies nothing can be done , no customer service... Worst site do not use ,orderd cake and flowers for my anniversary flowers were withered and the cake quality is worst like a 300 rs kg cake from a local shop in the price of 1800rs
