Swiggy Food Order & Delivery for Android
I have been using Swiggy since Sep 2015 in Bangalore. I observe lots of improvements and features in the app and lot of restaurants keep on getting added. The UI is very fluid. The delivery staff are polite. The ability to track their location is awesome. The review after delivery makes it good system in place. I see a lot of negative reviews on play store, but it is expected because of nature of service and lots of unpredictable variables involved. Don't get discouraged and keep up the good work!!
Food which was ordered by my brother was vegetable biriyani, veg fried rice and Gopi Manchurian. The veg briniji was not at all nice and doesn't had the flavour of biriyani and the gobi Manchurian was the worst one.. I would request swiggy to check the quality and taste of the product before you update it in your app. Moreover the packing also was horrible.. when ordered a gravy all the oil spread into the naans and other dishes which were ordered for the next time
Worst customer support especially hyderabad. Definitely I am not recommending my friends and whoever ask me. What kind of fix you will provide. Check now immediately where is my order? No need of sending mails. You can check you complaints log. Please don't copy and paste your default replies
Doesn't work. Stop services anytime. I had been ordering food from various restaurants but it doesn't pick up locations always and keep declining orders. If you start a service for a particular location, stick to it. Don't stop it for your own preference. That's not customer services. I am talking about Pune, Balewadi Location
Ordered dinner for guests. The deliveryman cancelled our order after 40 mins saying he couldn't reach us. He never called us in the first place. I tried to contact swiggy through your chart service to no avail. Extremely disappointed.
Placed orders twice and got the delivery. Now when I place orders am getting the message that the location is too far for Swiggy to deliver. I tried setting the location to the place like 100m away from the restaurant and the same error comes up. Fix your app. Food Panda works fine. Disappointing !
They Charged Me For Something I Didnt Order And Are Refusing To Take Any Action. I Didn't Expect Such A Bad Customer Service From Such A Reputed Company. Disappointed. Edit - Issue Resolved.
It's just that you guys say it's a payment gateway error and still hold the funds for 2-4 working days. Enjoy my money. But be sure to return it. Your app can't even accept a payment for the first order. What an utter waste of an app.
The worst app and the worst service I had ever get from online food delivery app. And the customer care number is also not connected in problem. Although I told them to initiate my refund to my bank account.though they initiated in swiggy wallet. It's really pathetic
Never order from Swiggy .ordered masala dosa from Maiyas and beleive me both dosa were very sour. I am crying why i gave that dosa to my kid. If you concern about your family never order from Swiggy ever.
You did not "smash a few pesky bugs". Instead you added a new one. The payment option is corrupted. Every time want to make an online payment with my card it says "internal error". It was better before the update. Please fix it ASAP.
Extremely needed/helpful app for someone lazy like me. No complaints till date, have always received the right thing in right condition that too before time. And also the delivery persons are trained and really nice.
Delivered expired packets of sauce. I and my 2 year s old daughter ate one packet then my wife saw expiry on both packets. Really disgusting. Dnt go for Swiggy..... Instead go for big and better brands...
The newest update literally broke the app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. It does not show my cart to me after getting freezed for a minute or so, then I cannot even access their support. It just keeps loading. I restarted the app 3 times. This really sucks when you are quite hungry and can't even place an order.
One of the worst customer support team. They just don't inform of delays and anything as such. You need to be behind them to check. It's only saved because of the delivery boys. Feedbacks you give won't get a reply and slowly I have started using other food delivery app's though being a regular customer they just don't give you importance. Only when playstore reviews are written they care
When we order food it is not taking into consideration and telling not able to get billing details and saying that please try again later. worst app first of all work on it and also swiggy change your t-shirt
Very poor & pathetic service. I got an item missing in my order. They arranged a replacement but later call up and tell me the restaurant is closed. I've asked for a refund, I don't even know if I'll get that now. Uninstalling for good
The beast has arrived. I know this review is late compared to when Swiggy was launched but it's 100% better than Zomato and 1000% better than Food panda. Finally a sensible company is in market which understands customer demands. Swiggy Assured is must try.
Since merchants are not held accountable for correctly listing their products, in case you order an item that isn't available (which will more than often be the case), you will get multiple phone calls- From the merchant, saying this item isn't available, please cancel and place a repeat order. From the swiggy delivery guy, saying the same thing. Then you place a fresh order, at which time you get the third call, from the swiggy call center, saying the same thing. Then you get a fourth call, saying we have 2 orders, which one do you want.. even though I cancelled the first one.... This story is not a rarity. On avg, every 3rd to 4th order will go through this process.
Placed an order from my place at Domino's. They assigned order to the wrong outlet. The store manager was kind enough to inform this after 45 min of placing order. When I asked why did they confirm my order, they said that it was auto-confirm, yet another masterpiece from Swiggy. I tried reaching out to Swiggy's customer care but there was only one solution to cancel my order.
Great app .. simple UI .. saves time and keeps a good track of my eating habits. Need more options with few cuisine but most of good one ard area are listed so good job. Been regular for a while.. nothing bad to say..
Pathetic experience as compared to food panda. The Swiggy app shows you everything in the menu and after placing the order and making payment, they call you to tell you that ordered items are not available and needs to be modified. So, essentially you are forced to order what they want. Customer care (spoke to someone called Rashmi) is even more hopeless as they don't know why such things happen.
Have been using this app for quite sometime. I could say I'm impressed with their services. Only issue is with surge delivery fee. Two delivery fees for single order is not acceptable...
Always able to order food without any issue. But the options of restaurants is less. Why can't you include hotel suprabhat in Habsiguda in swiggy. As of now there are no good vegetarian options in my area.
Loved the app. Great location based tracking. Nothing to do with the location. Just a button away to fill my empty stomach. For lazy batchelor like me it's the perfect app... Bon appetite
Restaurant ratings around me have been reset. Places with 3.5 stars before now have 4 stars and above. Please don't lose your credibility, Swiggy.

I placed an order of happy meal at swiggy but the toy was missing and coke was half in quantity and when I spoke to customer care about this issue they didn't give a damn about this and saying that we are not responsible for this and we can't do anything they said
Again chat support sucks...agent named Dhruv denying Support . arrogant and no respect for customers. Doesn't surprise me maybe the customer service training given by swiggy if you put any time dick or harry to serve your customers

Be careful... some restaurants ( balaji bhavan, chrompet, Chennai) taxing double GST I.e. 36%.
Worst service ever.... They have customer support for name sake. No one picks up the call. Even if they delay, and even if it is their mistake, you can't cancel the order. Uninstalling... Never wanted to use their service again
this is a useless app.....i order an hour before this benchod msg me that i recive my order....give ratting and feed back ...i call the consumer serive that chutia tell it will take 10 min after 20 min i call again to complaint desk....benchod tell me to re order.....so download karke gand marao
No restaurants available to serve after 8 p.m. what is the use of this app then? At convenient times even we can go to the restaurant and eat there, we don't need apps
Would have given gud rating,but the fees added such as Delivery and on top of that surge fees for faster delivery,extra basic fees forced me to rerate the app.There are no nice offers as compared to other apps and the extra fees are also high. Person would visit the restaurant or order from it instead through this app....... Avoid using this app.....
Cannot log into my existing account. App seems jumbled up. Previous version say a couple of months back it worked fine
Worst app ever that didn't deliver my order and cancelled both the time due to fake information of restaurants this app doesn't have customer value, my first order was at 11:30 am which was cancelled due to lack of product which I ordered and second time same issue with another restaurant worst app due this I faced hunger today !!!!!!
Ordered donuts and the delivery guy called after 1 hr and 15 minutes that he is late and restaurant is closed. By the time he called us everything was closed.
Application Showing discount of 30% till choosing order (Shivsagar Restaurant Aundh) . Discount applicable for all items and all orders, hence I presume coupon is not mandatory. I have been using Swiggy since Oct 2015 and the experience has been great. Awesome deals, considerable options to choose from and the service. But above all the best part I think is the live tracking and I do not need to keep calling the customer service to know eherr my order reached. The only issue I ever faced was that ehen I changed my office location, the app showed the changed address but the restaurants were still according to the last address and I am still unable to use Swiggy to order at office. But nevertheless I am extremely happy with the service I received.. Cheers Team Swiggy!!
