I file lot of complaints which are obviously not resolved many times but the strange part is that i receive SMS for complaint but then the complaint vanishes. I cannot find it in my complaints or through complaint number. Good way to fool public.

Community centres are not updated. Also few service are still missing like roads outside sector complaints and architectural defects complaints. Plz update the same in next version.

They close the issues raise themselves. Also services are very delay. People who come for service ask bribe else they would keep delaying your work

Literally waste of our time. Just no response at all. Only received one call from authority. I have submitted so many complaints.

Complains are not resolved.Its just that we get a prove that we complain. No department take it seriously. Many a times they close complain without working on it. Or the complains are left pending for months .

The feature of closure of complaint shall be with the citizen lodging the complaint not with the officer concerned. Mostly the complaints being closed by the officer even without taking any action and mark them as resolved.

Did nit expected such an excellent service and easy access . Suggest to have option if cancellation incase wrong option opted.

Closing all the complaints without any solutions

They close the request without completion and there is no option to reopen the ticket.

I faced many problems related to my complaints where the Noida Authority officers closed my request without solving the problem. Every time I raised a request, they called me, literally forced me to take back my complaints. Immediately after that, they would close my request by setting it as Resolved. They also added in those requests that there was no problem in the area. The officers concerned are making a mockery of the citizen charter. App is good, but needs more checks to prevent such cases.

It is a great idea of Noida CEO ' wonderful app.&follow up.Pl incorporate ideas given by people 2 make it all the more effective. Thanks a lot 2 CEO NOIDA 4 this app. Interesting info 2 CEO:: having lodged the complaint one starts getting repeatedly insisting calls from Noida staff 2 close the complaint thru call center & they almost harass u in their own way. They entice u by sharing their nos. 2 call them 4 any issue but 2 close the unaddressed complaint. Few people accept such requests i witnessed them.

This app should have geo tagging location features with image upload like AAP government had launched swaach Delhi or rain basera apps..it becomes difficult to explain the exact location of the problem/garbage..developer should download swaachvdelhi aap n see how easy it is to use

Great portal to register complaints , and resolved in a week and great follow up .

I made three complaints on different issues in my neighbourhood. To my surprise I found that within 24-48 hrs they were shown as "resolved". It seemed NOIDA Authority had become super efficient! However when I checked on ground NO work was done. True to its work culture NOIDA Authority is fooling the citizens with this app!

1)Please allow cut and paste inside your aap 2) please allow that complaint are not closed till citizen say the work has been done 3) my complaints have been closed without the work not being done 4) please allow photos to be go tagged so that location and genuine photos can be identified post this the aap will be good otherwise it's not going to work at all

I am trying to raise an request but repeatedly saying that my mobile number is incorrect. Which is actually not correct message. Vision is good.

Many complaints get closed without any action being taken. At the same time i also had some positive experience of getting a call from project engineer and explaining the root cause and action planned.

Easy communication of Public with authority and quick action.

I failed to submit my complaint regarding issuance of completion certificate using this app. But it was great that I soon got response from suparna systems that in the current version of app they only allow limited services. For my complaint, they suggested me to Noida for citizens portal and even helped me to register my complaint. 5 stars to the team of suparna systems. As a feedback, I would like this app to increase the ambit of kind of complaints that it can. Receive and send notifications of status.
